Clean and neat and fresh air .customers service isn’t smart and annoying . When the day before checked in I given all my documents and passport to register Then next day to check in and counter ask me for passport again . That show no coordination and communication when they change staff at different shift. Annoying when I need to show passport and documents again .

Nice hotel with panoramic view. Balcony. Can see the sea . Breakfast is obvious. Internet is good. Nice choice to stay

One of the worst hotels I have ever been at: - Gym is in a devastating state (equipment rusty) - Overall a lot of vermin in the room - Bed linnen not changed for 4 consecutive days - Housekeeping continuously misses to fill up tea, does not clean the floor - Water is interrupted without any previous notification and also without any excuse afterwards (only response by front desk: you have to accept this)

Their room big with bathtub and sea view balcony. Hotel location near Karon beach. Hotel staffs are friendly helpful I recommend to stay this hotel

I recommend to stay this resort good service staffs and beautiful sea view from pools and Sea view room. There are 3 main swimming pools to show sea view and mountain view of Karon. Resort location near Karon beach and easy to go to Kata beach and Patong beach. I like their Deluxe room cheap price for big room 40sqm with bathtub and beautiful sea view

Great service from staff at the hotel, rooms were very big, clean and modern and the value for money was excellent. Location was good, bars and restaurants were close enough to walk to but the hotel itself was situated in a quiet area. The hotel pool was very nice and the gym was good. Would highly recommend for people to stay here during their time in Phuket.

Отель после ремонта. Но дверь входная со времен Петра 1. Она высохла, растрескалась, не закрывается, щели по 5 см по всему перимерту. Через нее светит солнце. Бассейн очень холодный. 4 зонта всего, остальные сломаны или отсутствуют. Из плюсов - чистота везде, шаттл до пляжа и отличные завтраки

服務：出去玩了回來，服務小姐姐還把一次性枕套和床單重新鋪好了。走之前行李寄存了一天免費。還幫忙叫了車。 環境：在馬路邊，很好找。走路20分鐘能到海灘🏖️，離711很近，附近吃的也多。本地居民都很熱情。 床單被套確實有點污漬，但是水質真的挺好，就是一開始有一點消毒水味，刷牙不用就好。洗髮水沐浴露我也是自備的

服務超級好 性價比超級高 再找不出你們高性價比的酒店了 包雙早，早餐豐富，中西泰都有，每天菜單還不一樣 酒店9:00-17:00除了午休一小時外，還有每隔45min的海灘接駁車 泳池超級大，而且水超乾淨，源源不斷的活水，健身房在泳池盡頭的地方，不易發現，所以人氣少，但一應俱全 我們住在b樓，衹需要從a樓頂層走幾步路就能換乘b樓電梯，是依山而建的酒店，感覺剛建的時候估計是當地很高檔的五星酒店了 雖然有年頭了，但看得出裏面的基礎設施非常齊全 房間還有一個面向大海的露台，看日落簡直是絕了 每天打掃都很乾凈，不管有沒有喝茶包喝咖啡，她都會添新的，真的很好 酒店基本沒看到過中國人，都是外國人，白人居多 超級nice的酒店 住之前我完全沒想到會有那麼好 這個價錢還要什麼自行車，閉眼沖！

酒店位置其實不好，走到卡倫海灘很遠，雖然有擺渡車，可惜人太多還經常坐不上，收車也很早，去4.30。回5.00。事實上，5點才沒那麼曬，陽光也很好。另外酒店很老，房間雖然大，但是設施簡陋，配不上這樣的價格，早餐更是簡陋無比。幾乎都是俄羅斯人，所以床品時不時冒出金色的毛髮。 最糟糕的不是這個，而是擅自修改房型，我們定的海景，結果陽台打開是個小的泳池，和一面盡在眼前的山，遮天蔽日的那種。酒店解釋因為當天沒有了，我都笑死了，你賣預訂的時候難道都當海景房？既然如此衹能給這個分數，5分總不能拿來亂給，因為我們很不爽，所以隔天沒有放小費，結果人家連免費的飲用水都不給了。 對於中文遊客請慎重！這是我的忠告！ 還有一點，如果你的行程不確定或者有意外難以避免的因素，他們不會退錢退房，哪怕骨頭斷了住院他們也不會，所以更要慎重！！

去海邊酒店有接駁車，五分鐘就能到，半小時一趟非常方便。酒店非常大，也很乾凈。酒店一樓的馬殺雞整理環境不錯，服務也很好，主要是乾淨又方便。下次去卡倫我還會選擇這家酒店。 整理評價就是乾淨，方便，我覺得這是出國旅行最重要的因素了哈哈哈
