If more than one night, you need to take a room of a higher class. Very noisy, no soundproofing. Visitors stay for cheap for parties. This is probably the second budget part of the neighboring hotel.

Guys! I recommend staying at this hotel to anyone who is not concerned about location while on vacation! My family and I stayed there from December 26, 2024 to January 15, 2025. We really liked the hotel! My husband and 5-year-old child were delighted! The hotel itself is located much higher up the mountain, which may not be convenient for some people, but it was perfect for us! We rented a bike (free parking under the room window) and had no problems, even when we went for a walk it didn’t tire me out and crossing the road was no problem for me personally. The market, beach, 7/11, Phuket Pizza, massages, etc. are all within walking distance. The hotel grounds are all green, there were no noisy companies, no drunken brawls, or anything like that during our entire stay, it was always calm, the pool was wonderful and clean, the child never got out and even learned to swim! The room is clean, the maids always asked if they would clean our place? Oh, and the staff! The girls are all friendly, helpful and kind. The room had a large double bed with an excellent mattress and a sofa for a child, Wi-Fi worked great, air conditioning, a refrigerator, a microwave oven, a gas stove, and dishes were all there. We booked the hotel with breakfasts, we always went for breakfast, the menu is not very varied, but it was enough for us to have a great breakfast. Thanks to the hotel staff for the service, we wish you good luck and many clients!

It was a calm and peaceful experience

The location is unfortunate - a steep climb to it, if there is no transport you will have to sweat. By the way, there is also a bike rental - on the ascent and descent to the busy highway - it is scary. It is on the mountain - but what is not in its advantage ... The hotel seems to have been cosmetically renovated, but this bungalow (B4) is sloppy - I think this is the case throughout the facility, all the sockets need to be replaced - these are questions for the owner. The linen is clean, the bed is comfortable. WIFI is good everywhere. The staff is polite. The pool is average - but given the number of guests (families and pensioners), there are few sun loungers - always occupied. We did not try the food. We rented it in the season, it is a bit expensive - so it is not worth the stated amount, considering all of the above. It is far from the center of Patong.
