Poin bagus: Lokasi bagus. Nyaman untuk jalan pertokoan/bar. Stafnya ramah. Tempat duduk di kolam renang yang terhubung langsung dengan pantai Patong. Area pantai yang terhubung dengan hotel lebih tenang dibandingkan bagian pantai lainnya. Kamarnya besar. Tempat duduk sarapannya bagus menghadap ke pantai. Poin buruk: sedikit bising di malam hari tetapi diharapkan cukup dekat dengan bar jalan tetapi tidak buruk sehingga saya tidak bisa tidur. Kamarnya sudah tua. Ruangannya kurang bersih dan sedikit berdebu. Area kamar mandi sepertinya tidak dibersihkan. Seprai tampak sangat tua dan ada sobekan di dalamnya. Mungkin mereka perlu melakukan upgrade pada bagian ini.

The place is good. But, the cleaning staff needs some training. They kept speaking loudly among themselves ignoring the sign on the door which says do not disturb. The staff at reception was very friendly and welcoming.

I recently stayed at Impiana Resort Phuket and had a fantastic experience. The resort is ideally located right on Patong Beach, offering a perfect balance between tranquility and access to the lively local scene. The beach-facing rooms were spacious and comfortable, with stunning ocean views that made for a great way to start and end each day.

This trip was extremely disappointing. The facilities were outdated and in disrepair. The showerhead was not only rusted but also leaking. At night, there were mosquitoes in the room, and the staff used insecticide spray to address the issue. This level of service was only obtained with the assistance of Ctrip staff, as numerous calls to the front desk and customer service went unanswered. Additionally, everyday after cleaning, the staff failed to lock the door properly, leaving it unsecured and unsafe. The hotel’s primary guests currently seem to be from India. Each morning, these guests moved around the restaurant incessantly and even entered the kitchen, directing the chefs, which was highly unsanitary. The hotel staff did nothing to prevent this. 这次旅行非常失望，设施陈旧，年久失修，淋浴喷头不仅生锈，还漏水，晚上房间里有蚊子，工作人员用杀虫剂喷雾来解决这个问题。这种服务水平是在携程工作人员的帮助下才获得的，因为打了无数次电话给前台和客服，都没有人接听。另外，每天清洁后，工作人员没有锁好门，导致门不安全。酒店目前的主要客人似乎来自印度。每天早上，这些客人都在餐厅里不停地走动，甚至进入厨房指挥厨师，非常不卫生。酒店工作人员没有采取任何措施来阻止这种情况。

The location is good. The few hotels with beachfront access(without crossing roads), located in the Patong area(dont need to get a car out) and have really nice view(if you book the correct rooms) and bathtub. Considered one of the older hotel in this area hence the room size is bigger. The service is great as well, quite prompt and aren’t pushy about checkouts too. Love the vibes and location will definitely come back again

Dirty, old. Only good thing is the location.

地理位置絕佳，芭東海灘上，房間看海，游泳看海，早餐看海。日落美極了。距離酒吧街和江西冷、central步行可達。房間很大。性價比超級高。忽略衞生小美中不足，房間裏一次性客用品該有的都有。下次來還住這裏。
