Unfortunately, I was disappointed with my stay.
The bed sheets and towels were dirty, the furniture was old and worn out, and there was ongoing construction that created a lot of loud noise.
The TV only offered basic cable channels, with no access to streaming services like Netflix or YouTube, which was disappointing.
The gym and pool area were also quite dirty and not well maintained, making them unpleasant to use.
The kitchen staff were also unfriendly. Them and the kitchen itself wasn’t clean either. One experience that really stood out was when I went to use the toilet right after one of the staff members on 7th floor, and she left used toilet paper thrown on the floor, and there was no toilet paper available. When I asked if there was any tissue or toilet paper, she completely ignored me, walked away as if I wasn’t even there. I honestly couldn’t believe it.
Finally, the location was not ideal. It’s quite a long walk to the beach, and the surrounding area didn’t feel particularly convenient or appealing.
Overall, the cleanliness, facilities, staff attitude, and overall experience did not meet my expectations. I would not recommend staying here.
