Everything is smooth, rooms are clean and very good location just 15 min away to Bangla road . Budget performance ratio is vey high according to me

There is no staff at the front desk until 8am. I had to wait one hour to check out and almost missed the flight. The emergency phone number didn't pick up when I called. It's terrible experience I had.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient. I would definitely recommend it to others.

Stayed 10nights in Sea front home. The receptionist Bee was very friendly towards clients. Room is tidy and clean. Have a safe which Bee explained how to operate clearly. Room cleaning is off one day during my stay due to their holidays. Other than that every day they made the bed clean, toilets cleaned, change towels and left 2 bottles of water. Location is very good if you don’t like too much noisy at beach road but still reasonable distance to beach. Next time also stay here. Only comment I have is if the hotel can provide some coffee at room and a water kettle to heat up water.

Really nice hotel near the beach. Rooms are cleaned everyday and everything works as expected.

Tv was from the 90s. You could hear every step from outside the room. Otherwise the location was good and standard hotel

Good location within 10 minutes walk from Patong Beach. I was worried that there was no hair dryer in the room, but considering the price, it can't be helped.

To be honest, my friend was locked in the toilet for more than an hour. I went downstairs twice to find the front desk, but there was no one there, and the phone couldn't be reached. If something really happened, it would be difficult to find someone to rescue me. I had no choice but to call him. I can kick open the toilet door, otherwise I would really spend the night in the toilet. Then the room is very old, and Chinese people are advised not to stay there!
