Saya dan suami saya mendapatkan pengalaman menginap paling luar biasa di Yama Hotel Phuket. Stafnya luar biasa! Mereka sangat baik, ramah dan selalu membantu. Makanannya luar biasa dan area kolamnya sangat cantik dan menyenangkan. Kamarnya juga indah. Pasti akan menginap di sana lagi! ❤️

Sebagai sebuah platform, Ctrip membantu saya menghubungi pedagang. Saya suka layanan berbahasa Mandarin. Ctrip sangat bagus Pelayanan di front desk kesehatan sangat baik di awal. Charger Apple asli saya hendak diisi. Begitu saya colok, meledak. Hotel tidak meminta maaf. Saya memberi tahu hotel bahwa itu salah Anda .Salurannya konslet dan menyebabkan saya Pengisi daya saya rusak. Mereka mengatakan pengisi daya saya menyebabkan pemadaman listrik di hotel mereka dan meminta saya untuk membayarnya. Pertama, tidak ada pemadaman listrik, mereka memperbaikinya sendiri dalam satu menit, hanya charger saya yang rusak. Kedua, Ctrip, sebagai perantara, membantu saya bernegosiasi dengan mereka.Mereka memberi tahu Ctrip bahwa kami tidak terkesan, tetapi mereka tidak akan memberi saya kompensasi apa pun! Hotel tidak meminta maaf atau meminta maaf kepada saya selama seluruh proses! Ctrip meminta maaf kepada saya dan membayar setengah dari kompensasi saya, mengatakan bahwa mereka juga bertanggung jawab, saat itu saya merasa tersentuh. Hotel ini sangat jauh dari pantai. Biayanya 300 taksi untuk sampai ke pantai. Bus antar-jemput gratis beroperasi setiap 2 jam. Kecuali jika Anda berencana menggunakan sepeda motor, Anda tidak akan bisa menaikinya saat ini.

Kamarnya lengkap fasilitasnya dan bersih, menginap 3 malam, ada pembantu yang datang bersih-bersih tiap hari. Kolam renangnya memiliki sistem air hangat, indah dan sangat luas, cocok untuk orang sekitar keluarga.

Kami menginap dengan menyenangkan di hotel ini. Kamarnya bersih dan stafnya ramah. Kolam renangnya sangat bagus dan putri kami sangat menikmati kamar dengan akses kolam renang. Bar di tepi kolam renang menawarkan penawaran beli 2 untuk 1 yang sangat cocok untuk minum dan berenang di malam hari. Lokasinya dekat dengan Maybelle's Coffee Garden, yang sangat indah, dan kami memesan kopi dari sana setiap hari. Beberapa masalah yang kami hadapi adalah mereka tidak membersihkan kamar beberapa kali saat kami keluar seharian dan kami harus bertanya kepada mereka, pilihan sarapannya sangat sedikit dan semua makanannya dingin (bahkan tidak mencapai suhu kamar tetapi dingin) meskipun disajikan di atas hot plate dan kopinya tidak enak.

Great views. Nice room. Comfy bed. Good food. Very nice staff. Great pool. Decent gym. 2 happy hours. This basic room didn’t have a proper balcony and just a ledge so that was weird. I extended and got the sea view. That one is much better. Breakfast is ok. Cleaning could be more detailed. Not very close to the beach, but there is a free shuttle. For the price I love it.

We`re coming back to Yama for the second time in a row. Last year we stayed here for 15 nights and this year for 13. For some people the location might be inconvenient because it`s located quite far from the nearest 7/11 and the most uncomfortable is climbing uphill every time to get to the hotel. But we generally don`t consider travelling in Thailand without motorbike, that`s why the location is not a problem but rather a profit, because it`s a very quiet place. We love breakfasts at Yama hotel, there`s everything you need and very important for me - good coffee. The staff is amazing. We were so surprised that we were recognized this year by some people from the hotel. It was a very nice encounter. I have to say that this year we have experienced some issues with the cleaning. Regularly we were absent in a room from 9 to 13 pm and after 4 pm. The cleaners started their work on the 5th floor right at lunch time, when the sun is the hardest in Thailand and most of people hide inside, so our rooms weren`t cleaned. Even when we pressed the button "please, clean the room" we came back in the evening and found the room in the same condition. Last year we lived on the 2nd floor and didn`t have such problems. Even though, we would like to rate Yama hotel highly and looking forward to coming back next time. great hotel to relax and vacation.... variety breakfast....

We took the pool room, which was awesome as it's jist outside our balcony. We were located at L1 right beside the restaurant for breakfast and play room. Hotel is quiet and tranquil with mountain view. Very relaxing and nice. Don't expect too much from breakfast. Very average with small variety of Thai food with some bakery options. Staffs were very friendly but many can't communicate well in English. Room was clean and spacious. Hotel venue is kind of situated on the hill so it will only be convenient for people who drives. I would definitely return to this hotel again.

I’m definitely will never come back again. I rented motorcycle from hotel cause i think it will be safer even the price is higher than outside. The hotel pass it to an old woman who selling groceries beside hotel. For the first motorbike- i took a video of it before i take it and then i realised it’s quite big for me so i changed to another smaller- she passed me the one she is using- and she saw this time i didn’t take video of it. And that’s how funny things happened. After 2 days when i returned, she pretended to say there are 2 scratches on the motorbike which is super bulshit and start saying we didn’t do it but maybe when we park it outside other people did it- then started saying she doesn’t understand English bla bla. I was so mad and i contact receptionist- he checked and told her it’s not a scratch- she understood him fully she only can not understand us 🤣. Then after he left she told us we have to pay her 250bath which is the same amount as 1 day rental for fuel. I used 2 out of 6 fuels lines show on the motorbike but whenever i off the motorbike and turn on again it show 4 out of 6. So incredible. I decided to go out and find gas station at 11pm but i will never give her that 250. In the end i paid 50 bath for the fuels and finally get back my deposit. If the hotel is professional- they will never let her do all these dirty to us. Also the shuttle bus service is very rare. And it’s hard to book. They fit in to the max it becomes very unsafe so we have to spend a lot for transportation. I will definitely never come back again
