The hotel is good but needs major renovation , some of the reception crew were rough and difficult and harsh in speaking and they were very strict about the hotel policy and no flexibility. Because of this i will not stay here again and neither recommend this hotel to others.

Room is clean and water pressure is good enough. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Location is good. Many restaurants just outside the hotel and it about 10 mins walk to the Bangla road. 5 mins walk to the beach Swimming pool is huge and clean. However, bed was little too soft. Perhaps it was worn out and had a concave in the middle

It’s located on the Main Street of the noisy Patong beach. Till 3am early morning, there are still lots of traffic with loud noises. Hotel staff are so friendly and helpful. But the hygiene needs to be improved significantly. Dust everywhere in the room, on the table and floor. Space is big enough for 2 adults with 2 kids. Breakfast tastes good. Swimming pool is very clean.

Very nice staff, beautiful location near to beach and restaurants/shops… food also good maybe if possible to give more chooses and change more often the breakfast buffet.. but instead of this everything was perfect

What an amazing place to stay! It's conveniently located close to Patong Beach, the room is clean and well-furnished, and the view of the pool is breathtaking. The breakfast served here is delicious, with a great variety of options to choose from. I would highly recommend this place without any hesitation and give it a rating of 10 out of 10.

We had a lovely stay with Novotel Vintage Park. Our family had a swim out room, which was wonderful. My kids don’t care for the beach so we mostly used the pool, which we all enjoyed very much. Hotel is located a short walk to the Patong beach. We went to watch sunset and for a quick swim. Hotel is a bit older, but is clean and well maintained. Staff was great, friendly and helpful. Restaurant dinner was good. Breakfast buffet was ok, but a lot of stuff to choose from. We had some hiccups in the room. Our safe was broken and we couldn’t get our things out. That was resolved fast. Couple other annoyances like shower door has a large gap and just swings around so we had to use a towel to stick in between. Didn’t look like that could be easily fixed so we didn’t bring that up to the hotel. Curtains were not moving well so we had to close them carefully standing in the chair. No big deal for us, but could use some improvements there. Location is great. Inside it feels like a resort, but outside is a beach town with stores and restaurants of all kind. Overall, for our family, the price, the location and the room met our expectations and we enjoyed our stay. This was our second stay at a Novotel in Thailand and both stays were great so we will definitely use the Novotel brand again.

Hotel room is big and location is perfect. All of the rooms are facing swimming pool so the view is great! There r lots of choices for breakfast and swimming pool is good too! We have one kid in each room and the staff helped to setup the sofa bed for our child too! But the hotel do need some renovation as there is no USB charger and the wall socket r not enough to meet with the need in room.
