The service from check in to check out was smooth & the staff went above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Special mention to Golf who made a lone single female traveller feel safe with his warm service. The room’s for a single person and is immaculate. The pool’s pretty. I did my yoga practice there. The beach is just across the road & the security stopped traffic to help me cross! Amazing! Surin beach’s not that long but is wide, abt 1km long but it’s flat and smooth, great for beach walks, clean waters if you wanna swim & sunset watching, stunning. Stalls line the road along the beach and they put out tables & chairs. Relaxing to eat there, good cheap Thai food. Outrigger’s highly recommended, location, service, room…everything was great.

Great resort with friendly and pleasant staff along with good amenities! 3 mins walk to the beach but the waves were too strong so didn’t spend as much time there!

Absolutely impressed with the hospitality team. I am not easy to please as I review hotels for the last 10 years and this hotel is great value for money. Our flight landed early and I did not expect our rooms to be ready and they were. We paid more for the room of our choice and got an upgrade which was a nice surprise. The spa is excellent that we had massages upon arrival and before leaving Phuket. Breakfast is a small but decent spread with basics of western and Thai dishes. The restaurant is seriously underrated. Our friends had lunch there and took us back for dinner and the oysters, ceviche, BBQ pork were delicious. The team speaks English and are very polite and helpful. Full disclosure: Would love the pillows to be a little more sturdy as we melted into it but they were so nice to give us another. The beach is just across the hotel but it's not connected.

What an amazing stay! Hands down the best hotel we’ve been in Phuket. They always had an option/solution for our requests: motorbike rental, island trips, and different activities to enjoy our stay. Lovely service and wonderful breakfast. Great WiFi and complete gym! Swimming pool water was not at best, but that was not something so important for us. We’ve still give them a 5/5. We would love to come back! ✨

Right on Surin beach's doorstep with plenty of halal stalls by the beach. You can borrow a beach mat from the hotel so you don't even have to bring your own. Service is awesome and the staff are all so friendly, especially the staff at Nalu and the security guys. Always ready with a warm smile, helpful tips about the area and chat! The room is huge and comes with a bathtub. The pools are great to cool down in after a hot day out exploring and the gym while small, is sufficiently equipped. Would return to Outrigger Surin in a heartbeat! We are already planning our next trip back :)

For us Surin Beach is the most beautiful one in Phuket and the hotel is just across the street. Breakfast is great as well as the pool area. Rooms are spacious.

Very nice place to stay, they provide very good massage service in their spa. I enjoyed their facial a lot ( one of the best i ever had ) and the hotel is really beautiful

Amazing hotel and staff! We were up early to head to a day tour at 7am and couldn’t fit in breakfast, the staff immediately passed out takeaway boxes and coffee to go! Location is right by Surin beach and the main street, loved our stay!
