The room is just the same in the picture, nice and clean. But the bed and pillow are not so confortable. The door lock is not work well, we cannot turnlock the door from inside, but is still have key card lock. And the room is not sound proof, always hear lift sound, luckily no one use the lift at late night.

I only stayed at the VIP3 room in front of the beach for one night. It costs almost 500,000 won including breakfast for 3 people, but it seems expensive. They say they will provide airport pickup service if you request it in advance. I requested it urgently by email on the same day, but they didn't respond. They didn't answer the hotel phone either. I thought I must have called during a very busy time. It's close to the airport. The swimming pool is okay, and I healed while watching the sunset at the pool. The sea is like the West Sea, but it's not emerald. The pool villa has a filtration system, but There are bugs and fallen leaves floating on the water. The bathroom doesn't drain and is old. It doesn't seem to be a cost-effective accommodation. It's expensive for the facilities. They do a good spa massage, but they don't accept credit cards. Please note that they only accept cash. After we checked out, the shrimp tempura at the hotel restaurant was delicious. The airport drop-off service is free (advance reservation). It's a layover hotel for foreign airline crews. They serve coffee and simple meals during happy hour. They give you snacks It's nice to spend time looking at the ocean while sunbathing The bed is a large double, so I sleep with my husband and my elementary school daughter My son uses the single bed on the sofa side Overall, I'm satisfied I think I bothered the female staff at the front desk a lot I asked a lot of questions, even though she's busy~~ Thank you for being so kind.

We stayed at this hotel in October. Which is considered off-season. So we were absolutely alone in the hotel. Despite the fact that we booked a room in advance, no one was waiting for us there. When we arrived at 10 pm, we were very scared: it was dark on the territory, no one was there, we found the reception - everything was dusty. As a result, we walked around the territory, found slippers near one of the houses, knocked. An employee came out and accepted us. We had to wait about 20 minutes, since the room was prepared in front of us. Therefore, advice: if you are traveling off-season - contact the staff through their local social network, so that they will definitely wait for you there. Since they did not expect us, then in the morning we were disappointed at breakfast. Photo with rice and ”sausage”. By the next day, we were given a choice from all the options on the menu. But tomorrow was still not impressive. The staff at the hotel is not very good, but the administrator is very nice, kind and speaks excellent English. Thank you very much, she helped us a lot) About the room: not bad, but there are spiders 😬 A huge plus: a gorgeous beach two minutes from the hotel. Very clean, since the beach belongs to a luxury hotel. Minus: sun loungers there are paid. The hotel has a very cool swimming pool and many palm trees, beautiful. There are several very good cafes within a 10-minute walk. Delicious. When you get to the road, you will find a stop with free buses around the island. Overall, a good hotel. I think that in the season, when there are people there, we would not have encountered many minuses, and our experience would have been much more successful.

Hotel on arrival feels very clean and grand. It is a little bland and lacks any character. The room is very dated and needs updating. The main issue is thin walls, so noise travels easily. We had to complain about noise from room above and we were woken early by noise from cleaners. Outside the pool and beach are nice, although everyone is close together. Breakfast was fantastic with lots of choice. Staff are very helpful and friendly.

The buildings of the resort were built along the coastline, it was great for people who enjoy the ocean view. We could also catch the sunrise from our room or by the private beach! Security was good, the staff always ask for our room number when we go around the resort - it made us felt safe because people from the outside could not easily enter, hence saving our privacy.

What a nice hotel with spa, 2 swimming pools (1 inside on the 2d floor, 1 outside with a great sea view), bar and restaurant on the beach, motorbike rental (150k per 24 hours), wonderful staff always ready to help you. The room was more than perfect, a sea view with magnificent sunsets everyday, even while taking a bath (because it's in front of the huge window). The cosiest bed with soft pillows, big bathroom with two basins, a safety box, wardrobe, a coffee table, armchair, a fridge and a big mirror. Breakfast was good, with various dishes of different cuisines (eggs, noodles, spaghetti, soups, potatoes, meat of different kinds such as sausage, bacon, stew beef, chicken legs and wings, pastry, fruits, salads, coffee, tea, juice, yoghurt, bread). In the evening you can have dinner with various drinks in the bar-restaraunt on the beach(prices a little bit high, but the location is worth it). You can have dinner close to the hotel, as there are a lot of cafes and restaurants nearby. You definitely must try smoked duck in NGOC QUI restaurant, if you towards main street, you should turn on the right. The staff is very friendly, they served welcome and farewell drinks, they helped us to get back to the airport for free with the comfy transfer van. I will definitely come back to this hotel if I have a chance to travel to Phu Quoc again. The only one thing we were disappointed with was the quantity of guests and their behavior. There are not enough sunbeds on the beach and swimming pool area for all the guests of a hotel, and they woke up early in the morning, put their towels on the sunbeds and went to do their morning things (get dressed, have breakfast, etc). That's not polite, because if someone comes to the beach, they can see occupied sunbeds with no people on them, that's not fair. Probably the manager of the hotel can figure it out and create an amazing idea how to solve this during high season 🌞 I wish you all the best and want to thank you for the best holiday!!!
