The hotel is a stand out on the island of Phu Quoc. The hotel has 3 restaurant options and each had a good variety of local and western dishes. Gluten free options were excellent too for those who need it. The beach was clean and there were ample sun beds at both the beach and the pool. Affordable ✅ Good food ✅ Spa ✅ Cleanliness ✅ Beautiful sunsets ✅ We would definitely return. My only slight gripe would be the sales rep for tours and excursions wasted almost an hour of our time adding one stop to a private tour. I had wanted to book three tours, but I literally couldn't take anymore if his inability to listen and suggest prices that cost more than our entire trip for a morning on the island. After my experience with him I found John's tours on Facebook and I would highly recommend their tours prices and service.

One of the most beautiful hotels I have visited. The breakfast, the chocolate hour, the view, and, most importantly, the kindness of the staff were all wonderful. It was my boyfriend’s birthday, and they even sent him a cake with a birthday card 🥹We truly loved everything!♥️

The swimming pool was small but sufficient You can make an appointment to pick up the airport. The service attitude was good. It happened that there were only two guests at the appointment time. Even if we were late, the driver turned back to pick us up and took us back to the hotel. On the way, he kept recommending local specialty restaurants and interesting attractions to us. The attitude was very good. Overall, this hotel is a 10-point recommendation. I hope the above problems can be improved and it will be even better.

I visited here for the second time. Although the transportation is uncomfortable, I wanted to relax in a spacious villa in a quiet area. In particular, the staff were friendly, and they seem to be carefully selected, educated, and treated. In particular, the desk staff was friendly, and it was easy to communicate in English. (Many of the five-star hotels in Phu Quoc have difficulty in communicating with desk staff in English) This is not a fancy and noisy place. Rather, it is a place of quiet peace that is practical and classy. Everything is going accordingly. There are not many types of dishes at breakfast, but the quality is good. Both of the spa and restaurant service are cost-effective. The beach and pool are small but practical, cozy, elagant, and well managed. The resort buildings and interiors are also small and old, but I could feel the soul of the architect.

The bath is also spacious. The restaurant in the hotel is reasonably priced and delicious. Located along the coast, the evening scenery is beautiful on sunny days.

Many taxi drivers not sure the location, so many times they lose their ways to the hotel. - Actually, not recommend for 1-2 girls to book this hotel, its remoteness is really a big concern, both day time and night time! - I feel scared in the toilet and shower area, because they install something like mosquito net only in window areas. That means I can see through outside, vice versa. I wonder I may see some eyes starring at me when I shower at night…. Scary! - Their hot water tap takes over 15 mins for heating, wasting lot of water to wait for shower… - Eco-friendly hotel, they provide plastic reusable sandals, so better bring your own sandals if needed

In 5 minutes walk to the central road on which 17 and 19 free buses go to the center or to the Grand. I want to stay here and return unequivocally, after an active rest to recover in silence it is perfect.

All 3-4* hotels in autumn are clean and nice, choose any nearby. I was surprised how good the breakfasts are, there is a hot omelet everywhere. For this price, perfect. The hotel is being renovated and the new complex and new houses, the second new pool looks fresh. The wooden houses are already a little tired and there is a smell of dampness. But the cleanliness is perfect. There is even a kitchen in every house. You can cook seafood from the market. Convenient for a family with children. Wonderful hotel and staff. I would also add bicycles, it is very convenient to explore the area nearby. The sea is nearby, 5 minutes along the road without cars. On the left is the excellent BAMBOO beach.
