Hotel Phu Quoc Island Cua Duong

The hotel is a stand out on the island of Phu Quoc. The hotel has 3 restaurant options and each had a good variety of local and western dishes. Gluten free options were excellent too for those who need it. The beach was clean and there were ample sun beds at both the beach and the pool. Affordable ✅ Good food ✅ Spa ✅ Cleanliness ✅ Beautiful sunsets ✅ We would definitely return. My only slight gripe would be the sales rep for tours and excursions wasted almost an hour of our time adding one stop to a private tour. I had wanted to book three tours, but I literally couldn't take anymore if his inability to listen and suggest prices that cost more than our entire trip for a morning on the island. After my experience with him I found John's tours on Facebook and I would highly recommend their tours prices and service.

One of the most beautiful hotels I have visited. The breakfast, the chocolate hour, the view, and, most importantly, the kindness of the staff were all wonderful. It was my boyfriend’s birthday, and they even sent him a cake with a birthday card 🥹We truly loved everything!♥️

On the first day of stay, the door was damaged, the toilet board was separated, and the air conditioner could not be started, resulting in the need for staff help many times. Although the staff was very enthusiastic, the work efficiency was quite low. It took many times of urging to complete the work, such as replenishing supplies, repairing air conditioners, etc. And the water temperature and water pressure in the bathroom were unstable, but it was understandable The breakfast was delicious. The swimming pool was small but sufficient You can make an appointment to pick up the airport. The service attitude was good. It happened that there were only two guests at the appointment time. Even if we were late, the driver turned back to pick us up and took us back to the hotel. On the way, he kept recommending local specialty restaurants and interesting attractions to us. The attitude was very good. Overall, this hotel is a 10-point recommendation. I hope the above problems can be improved and it will be even better.

Wonderful, a dream vacation, great service, clean, safe, the hotel staff is wonderful, the restaurant is excellent, the view and design of the hotel combine wonderfully, and overall, a vacation in Phu Quoc is a real experience. We enjoyed it and recommend it to everyone.

My family stayed 7 nights at the villa, it was so far so good, except a big surprise when we did checkout today. the front desk lady told me one toilet tissue fabric cover lost, and asked me to sign the paper for the discrepancy. It is a really ridiculous request. I told her she could not do that, and if hotel management requested that, they have to do double thinking. Firstly you did not go through checklist with me when I did check in, secondly how about I tell you I lost my underwear in my room, can you pay me the same? At last, what is the value of a toilet tissue cover? It is non-sense you bring up a challenge like this to customer.

Overall, this hotel is good! Pros: - peace and quite, nice hotel environment for relaxation. - Pleasant staff, even when we check out, a staff comes to our room door to help us grab our baggage to the reception counter. - Spacious room, toilet and bath room (both shower and bath tube available). - 2-king sized beds, great! - Free airport transfer, better email the hotel directly to make your request at least one day in advance. - It’s a small scaled resort, but reasonable varieties of choices in breakfast. - Free minimal water for refill. - Welcome drink and fruit at room - free bike rental Cons: - the resort is located in a very remote area, like inside a village. Many taxi drivers not sure the location, so many times they lose their ways to the hotel. - Actually, not recommend for 1-2 girls to book this hotel, its remoteness is really a big concern, both day time and night time! - I feel scared in the toilet and shower area, because they install something like mosquito net only in window areas. That means I can see through outside, vice versa. I wonder I may see some eyes starring at me when I shower at night…. Scary! - Their hot water tap takes over 15 mins for heating, wasting lot of water to wait for shower… - Eco-friendly hotel, they provide plastic reusable sandals, so better bring your own sandals if needed

Stayed for 8 days. Liked the hotel. Good breakfasts. 10 minutes walk to the beach. The room is spacious. The bed is clean. The mattress is soft. There are many cafes with reasonable prices nearby. Free buses stop nearby. There is a swimming pool. There was no hot water.

We stayed at this hotel in October. Which is considered off-season. So we were absolutely alone in the hotel. Despite the fact that we booked a room in advance, no one was waiting for us there. When we arrived at 10 pm, we were very scared: it was dark on the territory, no one was there, we found the reception - everything was dusty. As a result, we walked around the territory, found slippers near one of the houses, knocked. An employee came out and accepted us. We had to wait about 20 minutes, since the room was prepared in front of us. Therefore, advice: if you are traveling off-season - contact the staff through their local social network, so that they will definitely wait for you there. Since they did not expect us, then in the morning we were disappointed at breakfast. Photo with rice and ”sausage”. By the next day, we were given a choice from all the options on the menu. But tomorrow was still not impressive. The staff at the hotel is not very good, but the administrator is very nice, kind and speaks excellent English. Thank you very much, she helped us a lot) About the room: not bad, but there are spiders 😬 A huge plus: a gorgeous beach two minutes from the hotel. Very clean, since the beach belongs to a luxury hotel. Minus: sun loungers there are paid. The hotel has a very cool swimming pool and many palm trees, beautiful. There are several very good cafes within a 10-minute walk. Delicious. When you get to the road, you will find a stop with free buses around the island. Overall, a good hotel. I think that in the season, when there are people there, we would not have encountered many minuses, and our experience would have been much more successful.

Gorgeous hotel! We were so happy to have stayed here! So happy that we even came back to this place this very trip 😅 (after staying in 2 other hotels in other parts of Phu Quoc, cause this one was fully booked for the dates needed) 🤍 Tranquil, serene and so lush 🤍 Breakfast is soo delicious! The best choices we've ever had in our lives so far 😄(plenty of options!) 🤍 Gym! 🤍 The room (which is actually a house) is the best for the holidays time (so spacious) 🤍 The team are darlings 🥰 (but special thanks and greetings to Linh and Duy, we love you guys!) I really liked this place. For silence, calm and unity lovers, a great option. Daily cleaning, water, tea, coffee, gel, champagne, toothbrushes and other trimmings. Special attention is to be paid to staff, beautiful, kind and responsive people. Two clean and spacious pools. Good area. Everything you need (cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, fruits). In 5 minutes walk to the central road on which 17 and 19 free buses go to the center or to the Grand. I want to stay here and return unequivocally, after an active rest to recover in silence it is perfect.
