It seems that the theft incident we experienced here is not the first of its kind, and it appears that previous cases have not been properly addressed.

Our family had an unforgettable stay at New World Phu Quoc Resort! The villa was spacious, beautifully designed, and perfect for relaxing together. The private pool was a huge hit with the kids, and the beach was just a short walk away with soft sand and clear water. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. We loved the breakfast buffet—so many delicious options for both adults and children. The resort’s peaceful atmosphere and stunning surroundings made it the ideal place for a family getaway. We’ll definitely be back!

The room is big and the living room is comforable and clean. BREAKFAST is tasty.

Hair in towel and cockroach in bedroom. The same dead ants on countertop in kitchenette when we checked in wasn’t cleaned until 4 or 5 days later… not the cleanest hotel. Children’s playground and waterpark were very good and the main reason we chose New World. Property is too large and inconvenient though and buggy is very hard to get especially when raining. There were times when we had to wait over 20 minutes in the rain while holding small children… watch over your umbrellas as well as they are scarce and always gets taken by other guests.

We had a very good stay at New World Phu Quoc Resort. The staffs are very helpful, I would like to thank especially Guest regulation supervisor Ms Tram, for helping us during our check out. The breakfast at the Bay Kitchen has good quality. We enjoyed the swimming pool as well. Definitely recommend.

We booked a garden view villa but the 3 rooms and living room are all isolated. So going to another room have to wear slippers and cross few meters’ area without shelter. As the days during our stay were raining and there were no floor mat prepared for each room at the entrance, the rooms’ floor were messy and wet when we went in/out.
I hope there is description about the separate rooms setting of the villa at the page of booking!
The pool and the mini water park were nice and saved some score for this hotel.
