A nice vacation spot for a few days on Phu Quoc. Lovely area, especially to hang by the pool & ocean. Food was delicious! Everyone was very friendly and helpful; they also got us motorcycles to rent for a day.

Very pleasant stay with our 2.5 year-old daughter. The hotel is like a Garden in heaven. It creates a lot of pleasure as we stayed in the hotel 80% of the time.

Very cosy hotel and good service. The environment is really good and preserve the nature spirit,unlikely like the other resort covered of concrete. The beach is cleaned and can go to swim but little wave that make the water little bit trouble, advice to rent a scooter to go Khem beach.

Amazing place. Friendly staff. Excellent food mainly home-made. Home-made bread was fantastic. 3 pools, nice beach with romantic garden and sunsets. Many restaurants with excellent food nearby. There is interesting story of this place behind - about one guy who came 25 years ago to build such amazing place. For me 11/10!!!

Absolutely lovely stay at Cassia Cottage. We were very sad to leave. Breakfast was incredibly generous, and the facilities were great. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, we slept great! Our only suggestion would be to provide blackout curtains in the rooms.

So far so good. Breakfast too less option. If can add more choice will be the best

I absolutely loved this place. I stayed here on a short trip but wished I could have stayed longer. It was so relaxing. The rooms are very comfortable. The staff is very friendly. The owners are just genuine people trying to provide a great experience for travelers. Even though the weather was crap, I really felt welcome and comfortable here. 100% good vibes.

Very nice resort. Our room was ready at 10:00 even the check in was at 13:00. Close to beach bars. I reccomend it for couples.

While we initially doubted when we arrived, the stay at this resort has exceeded our expectations. Staff is really friendly and accommodating, great breakfast with fresh baked baguettes and bread, happy hour drinks next to the pool in the afternoon and nice colonial style rooms and environment. Will certainly revisit !

Stayed here late Jan 23, it was so good we returned again in Feb before leaving Phu Quoc . We treated ourselves to Bungalow B1 which had a great uninterrupted view to the sea. Lovely place and very helpful staff

Just perfect! We didn’t even want to leave the hotel during the daytime and finally we cancelled a full-day’s plan just to rest on the private beach with the free cocktail offered at Happy Hour + watched the sunset.

I had a very nice stay at Cassia. The atmosphere was relaxing yet still a touch lively, and everything was quite clean during my stay, aside from one day the private beach didn't seem to be cleaned, but it was during the holidays (so we assumed some staff were able to stay home, which is good). I think the location here is quite important, as it's close to everything you could need in case you want to try different foods/restaurants (strongly recommend, though Spice House dishes and service were excellent!) or go to a different beach bar (Malabar had some slightly irregular hours it seemed, no prob). You are able to walk either direction on the beach to search for other decent options. It felt like Cassia probably had the nicest grounds on Long Beach. The service was really great though, everyone was patient and friendly, even if communication was a bit of a struggle at times (not at all for lack of effort). It's a big reason why I'd love to book again next time.

The location is great, right on the beach and walking distance to shops, bars and restaurants. Staff are friendly and helpful but breakfast gets crowded and egg orders often get mixed up or forgotten. They can help you order motorbikes so you can get out and explore. There's a lovely spa on site although it is pricey. You can also get massages right on the beach for a fraction of the cost. The restaurant is great and there a free cocktail or kockraio between 4 and 5 every da for guests. We'll definitely be back!
