Ulasan Famiana Resort & Spa

Staffs are friendly. There are many geckos in the resort, and there is one in our room which sound so loud during night time. But overall the resort is good with this price.

1. The room looks like the advertised pictures. The space under and in the door frame when you close the door was quite large, which was very concerning for bugs to get into the room. 2. I really like the addition of the bathtub and that they provide you with bath salts. The shower is lovely and so are the provided shower, gels shampoo, and conditioner. 3. We got locked out on the balcony on the first night because the balcony door lock was really loose and when you close the door, it locked from the inside. We were outside for an hour screaming for help, and there was no security or staff on the grounds. Finally, our neighbor heard us and called the front desk and they finally got into the room and opened the door. They did change the locks the next day, but it did the very same thing. 4. Front desk called our room at 6AM on our last day, for the airport car when we had stated (and they had written it down ) that we wanted the car for 6PM. 5. The breakfast was incredibly underwhelming. Half the stuff seemed old and not very appropriate for breakfast. 6. Overall, it was not the worst stay in Phu quoc .. but I highly doubt I would stay again. There were too many preventable issues

Thank you for your service. All workers are extremely polite. Welcomed with welcome tea. Breakfast was very good and near from the houses. And you can sit outside or inside of the restaurant. The pool was very satisfying. It was 2.2m and has kids zone too. The spa was good, clean and i'd got massage everyday. And the room is super clean. The mini bar is free charged everyday. The bathroom is big. And balcony is clean. Mini fridge is perfect for cooling my beer. You'll have hairdryer, boiling pot, tv, umbrella, 2 types of slippers, beach towel in the room. You can rent moped from the hotel and it doesn't costs that much. It's better than taking a taxi. Location is middle of the island. So it's easy to get north or south. Near from the king kong market and night market. Best experience in my life. I will come to this resort again

Not all villas have view to the garden as said in description. But front desk was helpful and let us get a better option. All in all as a resort nice location and good worth for the money

It was a pleasant experience staying in Famiana hotel. We were there in September without much people around. Hotel was almost empty. Benefit from this is we had an increased attention to our needs. Minus from it is that breakfast offered by hotel was dull. Gym needs renovation. It isn’t suitable for training. The management and staff of the hotel, especially Vi, compensated downsides of the hotel.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was big and clean, breakfast was tasty and varied. The beach was very close, the bar by the beach was nice although the service was a bit slow considering that there weren't many customers.

Beautiful resort and spa along the beach with excellent service and beautiful beach views. The breakfast lacked a little but overall it was fine.

We had a short but sweet stay. Staff is extremely kind, helpful and organized. The rooms are beautiful and the citronella oil on the difuser is a nice touch to the room. Manager is super professional, friendly and accommodating and helped us immediately when we needed. Will certainly return with a huge smile on our faces. Would strongly recommend asking if facilities of your interest are open before booking as a few were shut down/out of service. Swimming pool is spotless! And the view from it is absolutely stunning!

на понравилось, очень приятнй персонал, чисто и потоясающая территория. пляжа песчаного нет но море есть, в центре, рядом есть класснык места где можно поесть и обмен валюты. недалеко от аэропорта и рядом остановка бесплатного автобуса. бассейн глубокий, но есть и для детей. завтраки хорошие

Мы выбирали отель из расчета, что он расположен на первой линии, но по факту там нет пляжа и сложный спуск к морю по лестнице. Скорее всего ранее там был пляж с хорошим берегом и с течением времени его размыло. Поэтому нам приходилось ездить на другие пляжи или плавать в бассейне. Территория отеля хорошая, ухоженная. Что касаемо номера, то в целом хорошо, немного староват интерьер. Уборку делали каждый день, плюс у них в качестве комплимента от отеля бесплатный минибар. Завтраки хорошие, разнообразные, вкусные и длятся до 13:00. Много зелени, овощей и фруктов.

Красивый, зелёный небольшой отель, с ухоженной территорией. Брали бунгало с видом на море, вид на закат и море превосходный. Бунгало двухэтажное, на втором только кровать. Между номерами в бунгало есть дверь, соответственно плохая шумоизоляция!!!, слышно всё. Завтраки очень достойные, очень вкусные. Шеф-повару уважение и похвала! Были даже эклеры с кремом, очень вкусные! Обслуживание на завтраке отличное, официанты тут же убирают тарелочки. Молодцы! Есть тренажёрный зал под навесом, тренажеров мало, нет воды и полотенец в зале, надеюсь руководство примет это во внимание. Есть сауна, к сожалению платная, 300000 донгов с человека всего на 30 минут?! Это очень дорого, а нас 5 человек?! Мы были во многих отелях, сауны бесплатные. Даже сейчас мы уже в другом отеле,недалеко от Famiana и здесь сауна бесплатно. Забор по периметру срочно нужно покрасить в белый цвет. Очень бросается в глаза серый, неотделанный забор по всей границе отеля. И наконец пляж. Это фиаско. Море есть, пляжа нет совсем, спуск в море крайне неудобный. Ужасные огромные мешки у стены в море портят всё впечатление от отеля. Уехали в другой отель только из-за входа в море! А так отель замечательный, приедем, если вход в море будет комфортный.

位置非常好，雖然不大，但是設備在中部地區是舒適又高雅的等級。 訂房完成後工作人員會主動詢問是否需要機場接送（free), 飯店距離機場也很近 走路出門就是熱鬧市區，走個100公尺就有vin bus站牌，離大的金剛超市只要兩站vinbus站牌，等同免交通費就能大肆採購，非常推薦這間當作富國島渡假據點
