I just want to take a moment to praise NGUYEN for the wonderful service during our stay. He was incredibly kind, friendly, and thoughtful, making our experience so much better. The whole check-in and stay process was smooth and comfortable thanks to him. The hotel itself is highly recommended, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious! We all really enjoyed it. We all really liked NGUYEN! He is such a nice person!

Absolutely loved our stay here! We didn’t expect the resort to be so close to the busy streets but the way it was designed made it feel like a secluded tropical paradise! The staff was extremely nice and friendly and gave us great recommendations from the start! The pool is great and the room was big and surprisingly cool with the aircon. We were worried about some reviews about insects and the room not being clean but we had no issue like that at all.
The breakfast and room service were also great and we enjoyed a massage at their spa too. After our stay we used the free shuttle back to the airport which was nice aswell. Overall we would really recommend this resort, especially considering the good price!

I rarely write reviews, but my experience at this hotel was so awful that I feel obligated to warn others. From the moment I checked in, things went downhill fast.
First, I was shocked to find a snake in my room. Yes, an actual snake. That alone should’ve been enough to leave, but it didn’t end there. The room was infested with cockroaches, which made it impossible to relax or feel safe because I was awake midnight cause cockroaches crawl on my face! Too bad I can’t upload video here, the room is like cockroaches playground everywhere.
When I approached the staff about these serious issues, their customer service was shockingly unhelpful and dismissive. There was no apology, no urgency, and definitely no offer to make things right. It felt like they didn’t care at all about guest safety or comfort.
This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I highly recommend you avoid this place at all costs. There are much better, safer options out there.

Airport transfers: yes they are free but not many a day so you may will have to wait hours or if your flight too early you have to take taxi. So before booking ask for timetable.
Food was a bit boring and kind of the same every day. And if you dont want to to miss desert or fruits come for the breakfast early as in the end it will be empty.
Swimming pool was nice but only 150cm deep.
Rooms look pretty, bit bathrooms look cheap and crumbling. Walls aren’t thick enough you can hear next door very well :)

NGUyEN ANH is very kind!
When I checked out, I realized I had left my sunscreen in the room, but they kindly brought it back to me. They also took amazing photos for me! The staff were so kind, and the hotel itself is really beautiful. I think I’ll definitely come back again!

Hotel location is good , facilities have swimming pool and gym ( but gym can provide more equipment) breakfast counter have noodle , rice and egg counter, hotel check out time is 1200, if they can extend more two hours , that’s much better !
