酒店位於sunset town 每天看著無邊際日落海景極美，每晚在房間免費欣賞煙花表演。酒店設施新淨，但柜檯服務員英語水平不足，如沒有翻譯軟件很難溝通，不過他們仍很樂意協助我們的需要。

房間很乾凈，前台雖然英文不好但是都盡力溝通。地理位置很方便，走去餐廳、纜車、接吻橋都很近。
我們要了兩間房但安排在不同的樓層，問前台可不可以改到同一層，前台説第二天可以幫本來在1樓的房間換到301（可以看到纜車的方向）。結果第二天給了303，問為什麼不是他們promise的房，説301房住客想要多住2天所以換不了。非常站不住腳的藉口。很理解有可能朝向不同價錢不同，直接溝通並無任何問題，請不要講大話。
此外，早餐每個人衹能點一份餐，包含一份三文治或者一碗粉和一杯飲料，我爸爸自己住一個房間，他起得比較早，覺得一份早餐不夠飽，一個房間理應可以提供兩份早餐，想跟前台溝通可否給兩份早餐給我爸爸，前台一開始説不可以，要按照人數來提供，後來我拿出預訂憑證，上面寫着一間房提供2份早餐，前台就説晚上把多一份早餐票拿上來房間，結果也沒有拿過來，也沒有跟餐廳提醒需要多一份早餐。不按照預訂憑證履行承諾，太失望。

我訂左兩間海景房，一間無問題，另一間就沖涼去水位有問題，去水慢，每次沖完涼整個廁所都水浸。房間隔音好差。位置都優勝，近接吻橋同纜車位置。
