Strange hotel management. There is often no person at the reception, there was no cleaning for three nights, although we asked. The number indicated at the reception for communication via WhatsApp is invalid. Dirty. The entire elevator is covered in fingerprints, the doors in the room are in some dirty spots. There is no clothes dryer. Situated on the last street, quiet. Terrace with a beautiful view, which we found out about ourselves, the staff did not say anything. In general, I wish the hotel development, a change in attitude to cleanliness.

The hotel is new, but the rooms need to be cleaned. For 3 days there was no cleaning/refilling of water or tea, even after request. No hangers for clothes. Before 10:00 and after 18:00 there is no staff at the reception, the number WhatsApp does not work. Pros: view from the window, roof terrace with a good view and a washing machine, there. As an option for one night it will do. Clean up and it will be a good hotel.

I liked staying at this hotel. Clean and very quiet. There is a fridge in the room, as well as tea and coffee. From the roof you can watch the fireworks and nearby there is street food and massage. The girls at the reception are very nice, who will always help you solve any problem. They will help you call a taxi and other little things. Nice area, but if you want the beach nearby, look at other options

The hotel is new. It is located on the mountain itself. It takes 10-15 minutes to go down the stairs. Or you can walk along the top to the largest hotel in Sunset Town, and then take the escalator. There is a large supermarket to the right when you go down. There is a currency exchange office in a jewelry store nearby. The exchange rate is not very good The pharmacy is far away. Fruits are expensive. If you are on a bike, it is better to buy them somewhere on the road. The town itself is cool. It is worth going to the water park by cable car. The water park is cool. I really liked the theater on the water. It is free. In the evening, the city comes to life. The hotel room had everything, the view was of the city, a new district and small mountains. There is hot water. The air conditioner works and is located great, it does not blow on the bed. If you need to clean the room, the receptionist girl asks. I would like them to clean by the windows. There is an elevator. You can dry your clothes on the roof. There is a table and chairs on the roof. You can watch the laser show, fireworks and motorcycle show from above. The beach in the city is closed. A double-decker bus takes you to another beach for free - Khak Beach. I was there for 4 days. More than enough for me. Because there is no beach. And everything else is great. P.S. And I didn't see that the administrator works until 18.00. If you wish, write to people in the chat that you left the key at the check-in desk. Taxi drivers don't see this address, I don't know why. Everything is simple there. If anything, say take me to the very top, zone 4

It is located on the top row of Sunset Town. I thought it would be far to go down to the beach, but the night market is right below. It is not that far. The room has lighting on two sides, although you can't see the Kissing Bridge. But at night you can go to the top floor of the hotel to enjoy the fireworks show. The two little girls at the front desk are very cute and have a good attitude! At this price, the price-performance ratio is quite good!

The hotel is 5! Convenient location, we liked everything, the only thing is that the taxi does not see the geolocation point of this street, but the girl at the reception always comes to the rescue!

Check-in was quick, but for a child we had to pay an extra 100,000 vnd per day (this did not include an extra bed and towels). The room smelled quite strongly of test tube products (we do not like this, so we even asked not to clean our room on the 2nd day) The room on the 5th floor overlooks the sea, mountains and the city - it is beautiful. There is an exit to the roof where you can clearly see the show and fireworks. The downside of the 5th floor is that there is a washing machine above it, which someone turns on all night (perhaps these are other guests who did this without asking) The beds are large and the linen is new. The room itself is compact, we did not have a table, there is no chair. In the room, you need to wipe the TV and other inaccessible places from fine dust with a rag. On the first floor there is a kitchen where we cooked several times. The request to use it from the administrator was not very friendly (although it is written in the kitchen that all guests can use it) The price-quality ratio is at a high level, but there is something to strive for)

Good location, sunset town, new hotel, everything is clean, linen towels are snow-white, for this money is ideal. The staff is responsive, always in touch on WhatsApp. There is all the infrastructure nearby, a cafe and a supermarket 200 meters away.

My stay at this hotel began with a misunderstanding. When checking in, the administrator, very politely and smiling, explained to me that the hotel had cancelled my reservation (paid, for 14 days) due to electrical problems, and I needed to look for another one. The issue was resolved quickly, everyone apologized, I checked in, but the moment was unpleasant and unexpected. The hotel is new, furniture, plumbing, bedding - everything is new and clean. I missed wardrobes, and there was nowhere to iron clothes. The room is cleaned every day, everything is high-quality and without questions. The view from the roof terrace is stunning. I am lowering the rating for comfort, because in windy weather (and it was almost every day of my two weeks) the windows whistle very loudly. It was annoying

I took off one star for the service, because while I was waiting to check in I handed over a bag with valuables. For some reason the administrator decided to leave it on a bench in the open passage 🫤🫠
