Phu Quoc Island An Thoi 4-star Hotels

We stayed at the Venice Hotel for 4 nights from 8 to 12 Jan 2025. The hotel is very centrally located and very close to many activities and food. The hotel offers free buggy service to anywhere within Sunset Town and even a free 30 mins Sunset Town tour, cable car ride to Hon Thom island and Aquatopia Water Park! As we had an ocean view room, we were able to watch extreme sea sports and Symphony of the Sea performances as well as fireworks from our balcony every night! It was so awesome!! The staff at Venice Hotel were very polite and helpful. We want to thank Hannah and Scarlett especially for going out of their way to help us with many of our queries and requests. We were also surprised to see the general manager, Ms Marissa, sitting at the reception area, quietly doing her work and observing and rendering help when the need arose. We would highly recommend the Venice Hotel. But for those who are early sleepers and prefer quieter lodging, this place may not be for you as there are two pubs just across the hotel and you can hear the music till the wee morning of 2am-3am. We worked around this issue by wearing ear plugs!

The exact check-in location is confusing and there is no separate reception, so it is a bit inconvenient to have to contact the host after arriving nearby, but the room condition is clean and the building is not old, so the overall auxiliary facilities are clean.

The apartment is quite new and beautiful. But the room was different from the photo - although it was not worse. When we checked in, the floors were dirty. This was not a problem for us, I just washed them ㅋㅋ The view from the balcony is very beautiful. The location is also good and convenient. But we rented a car through Rosie and went north for 2 days to visit the safari and grand world. Transfer from and to the airport was also through Rosie. If there were any questions, Rosie immediately helped us and asked if we had any requests. From the window in the evening you can watch the wonderful fireworks. The air conditioning system is also very convenient, because I turned it off at night, and in the other room it was cold for me, but my mother likes the cool. The water is warm enough and has good pressure, but no shower filter. It's good that we brought it with us, and in 4 nights, I changed 2 filters from amway ㅋㅋ I think on our next trip we will stay at Rosie's.

This place was fantastic! The room was so comfortable, and having a balcony with amazing views of the theater show and fireworks was a real treat. Plus, the convenient kitchen and washing machine made it feel like home. The rooftop pool with its panoramic sunset views and the gym were definite bonuses. I'm already planning my next stay!

The villa is new and not far from the white sand beach and Sunset Town. You can rent a motorcycle to get around. Amie, the housekeeper, is super nice. She helps rent motorcycles and helps us find taxis when we go to far away places. The price is cheaper than taxi-hailing apps hahaha. She even helps us buy raincoats when it rains. The villa is very suitable for friends or big families to travel. I will come again next time if I have the opportunity! !

The landlord is very nice 👍I had a bad stomach in Vietnam and even specially brought me medicine to take. I am really grateful to the boss! The room was clean and tidy! The TV can connect to YouTube, appletv, etc. They will also help us arrange our itinerary! You can see a very amazing fireworks show from the balcony of the room!

The best hotel we have stayed in Phu Quoc. Very good restaurant with local food, good breakfast, best beach just 2 minutes walking, the rooms are spotlessly clean and the staff is amazing. We will definitely come back

Very quiet place

It was the perfect place for my vacation. Beautiful view, all furniture is new, perfect cleanliness and smell. As a freelancer, it was very convenient for me to work at this table and have good Wi-Fi. There are shops and restaurants nearby. The cable car and park are nearby. At night, around 21:30, they launch fireworks during the show and you can admire them right from your balcony. There are all the necessary utensils and accessories. The most luxurious thing about this place is the hotel staff, their attention and kindness helped me feel completely comfortable and safe!
