No explanation on the breakfast that were inclusive, got to pay extra but no bill given to explain on the extra charges.

Staff was professional. Bartenders at restaurant weee very attentive, friendly and interactive. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

Perfect hotel for business travel in downtown Phoenix. Service was great, I loved the restaurants and market, and the team helped me quickly track down a package.

The location to the Convention Center was perfect. Easy walk. Lots of restaurants near by as well as food options in the hotel.

Very nice hotel. Easy walk to the Phoenix Convention Center. We were able to check in early and check out later to accommodate our travel needs. Front desk staff was fantastic! Very clean and comfortable.

From check-in to check-out a very good experience.
Breakfast omelette was excellent.
Best location in the heart of the entertainment/sports district, all in easy walking distance.
Big plus: you can use your phone as a tv remote!

The front desk clerk was great!!! She was very helpful and assisted us with early check-in options, which we greatly appreciated even at a $50.00 dollars per day fee. She also gifted us a coupon for an Italian restaurant and recommended her favorite dishes with us.

Nice place to stay. Only stayed one night. If you are staying multiple nights for leisure I would recommend booking a resort. Otherwise great place for one night. Came for the Madonna concert and we could walk to the venue which was super convenient.

We were there for a concert and it was within walking distance so that was a big plus. Staff was super friendly valet parking as well. Great stay. Thank you!

the checking in was great service was great
the elevators are horrible we have to wait over 20 min for an elevator to be available and what was available was not working property was stopping in every floor and our floor which was the 20th floor never made it up there in our room the faucet and the shower kept dripping water we tried making sure it was closed all the way but still dripped all night so that sound at night is not good
but hotel itself was good clean and friendly people
