Such a great resort! This is the 2nd time I have visited the resort, and the 1st time I have stayed there. The service is quick, everyone is polite and friendly, and none of us had any complaints. I would definitely come and stay there again, and I would highly recommend to families.

房間還可以，就是電梯味道好大，而且電梯裏不開空調，非常熱，房間是套間，有陽台，房間裏不放水這點不太好，沒餐食，而且希爾頓的坑爹地方就是WiFi要另外付費

We loved the water park access. Property felt like you were on vacation. It was very quiet and mostly comfortable. Did not like the fact the room did not have a microwave and the pull out couch bed was extremely uncomfortable for our fifth person. It was like sleeping on metal coils. Disappointing for the price paid for the room.

The weather and the gym facility. The rooms are old and outdated and the room we had the first night was terrible....bathroom door was broken, the TV was not working and once we pulled the bed out there were no sheets or bedding. We were extremely disappointed. The saving grace was somehow the Hilton has managed to keep really great staff.

Not super impressed with this property. The pics online look amazing, but it’s pretty old and run down. The hot tub was broken and freezing water when we went. The TV in our room didn’t even turn on. The staff did come and replace it when asked though. The elevator broke, so we had to either take the stairs down 3 flights or go to the other side of the property to take the elevator. Kids enjoyed the water park area and the wife liked the lazy river, but the cons outweigh the pros for us, and we wouldn’t go back.

The staff at the Starbucks/convenient store in the lobby are young rude kids that have no respect for human beings let alone customers. That said, hotel itself is great, staff outside of that store are great.
