The Novotel Phnom Penh BKK 1 is a great choice for guests looking for accommodation in Phnom Penh, having been recently opened in 2023. Boasting a convenient location, the hotel is just 3km from PP Railway Station and 12km from Phnom Penh International Airport. There is no shortage of things to see in the area, with the Wat Langka, Independence Square and Cambodia Fire Range all nearby. At the end of a busy day, travelers can unwind and relax in the hotel or go out and enjoy the city. For those driving themselves, parking is provided on site. According to our guests, this hotel provides a very high level of service.

Service was good. Staffs are accommidating and friendly. Room is big enough, good location. Nearr 7 eleven. Near a gym. On the negative side, room has only one electrical outlet its on the table. None on bedside. Very inconvenient.

Even though trip.com page shows that they provide free air port pickup and transport, they never replied our airport pick up request and no one provided airport pickup. And there is no FREE airport transfer, tuktuk charged us 2 usd, no car transfer was available even though we requested airport transfer when we checked in(trip.com mentions they provide free Honda car free transfer). It's very difficult to cross the road until the airport, so you need to arrange the transfer. Room is clean, food is nice but really bad service like cheating. You can't find this hotel in grab and Google map with name in trip.com, you need to search it with California international.

The hotel is situated close to the airport, the area around the hotel is filled with places to eat with delicious foods. The hotel is clean and comfy with snacks and multiple room options. The hotel manager was amazing and made my stay much more enjoyable. They organise transport for you as well which avoids dealing with potential scams. Highly recommended !
