Place is a little 'tired'. Needs bit of clean up around swimming pool, cafe area. Parasols filthy Not attractive by the pool. Breakfast not great.

I loved the service. My request for a good vegetarian meal was honored very well. Everything was perfect, except for the room which was very very small. Air Conditioning was not up to the mark, the bathroom would clog with water after shower and TV had very poor reception.

I have visited Phnom Penh last September for the first time and wanted to stay in a Boutique hotel. Found out this beautiful hotel in the middle of the city center. I wasn't very sure about the experince hence booked for 2 nights initially. Arriving at the hotel, we had a fantasic experince. in the middle of the city, it was a resort with a lot of green and beautifully decorated interior. We were welcomed very warmly. Staffs were extremely well behaved and supportive. They were kind enough to upgrade our room as they felt we might need a bigger room for family. Rooms very very clean and tidy. Plantation Spa is one of the best Spa i have experienced in last few years. Swiming pool is extremely nice and ambiance in very natural. I must speak very high about few of the staffs i.e. Tongsin and Soneath who were extremely cooperative in fullfilling all our requests and needs. Eventually we extened two more days. One improvement area that i see is their breakfast menu otptions. Compared to similar hotels, they must enrich their options much more. Yet, I'd highly recommend this hotel for family stay.

Great hotel with the best location. The staff were very friendly and helpful, they were very polite , they made me feel very comfortable. The room was so clean and nice with very good wifi. The food was so delicious at a good price. The room price is perfect. I would recommend it to others.

An older but functional property with decent value in it's price range. However there was a bit of an issue at check out as the young male housekeeper came down with one of the rough thread bare towels that was slightly soiled from cleaning myself. I expressed my embarrassment as this became a case of show and tell with the two female front staff. I finally had to demonstrate how I clean myself with charades and finally logical thinking prevailed. I immediately regretted leaving a tip for the housekeeper as I was humiliated by their naive ignorance over such an old well used towel as common sense would dictate that normal washing would remove the dirt. The wifi was sub par and also could use an upgrade. Aside from that I would stay again but considering all the other options why would I?

It is a room for the boss to book a business trip. I received a call from the boss late at night and said that the front desk of the hotel could not find their reservation order. They said that they only knew the agent reservation. They did not have Ctrip's contact information. Fortunately, Ctrip finally solved it in time.

Everything was perfect with friendly staffs and hospitality. Advantages: good location, smiling and friendly staffs, swimming pool Disadvantages: a little old building, but its surrounding environments beat all this disadvantage. I want to visit again.

Used this place to stay for about 7 hours since we had a flight boarding that evening and didn’t want to linger around the airport. The hotel entrance was a little difficult to find but was perfect for our purpose. We spent our time wondering around the clubhouse facilities and relaxing by the pool. The service apartment is quite decent for the price too.
