Ulasan La Rose Suites

酒店分兩棟樓，一棟還沒有電梯，一棟是有電梯的。我們一開始住在這個沒有電梯的樓，感覺上下樓梯會比較費勁。但是如果沒有嬰兒就感覺還挺不錯的。後來酒店給我們換去有電梯的那邊，輕鬆很多。酒店也有舒服的按摩，就是要預約，臨時起意就不一定能安排得上。幸好最後還是按摩成功，按摩的大姐姐很有力，比較舒服。 酒店的工作人員彬彬有禮，不卑不亢，走的時候還歡送我們，值得點贊。 早餐也不錯。由於我們住的天數比較多，所以可以把各類早餐都嘗試了一下。 水槽的高度對於我們夫妻來説很友好，贊一個。

先説好的，法式設計很有品味，我就是因為被設計吸引才住的。早餐也很豐富，是點了再做，亞西式都有。房間內整體風格設計也很好，熨斗吹風機都有。再説我的房間：馬桶坐上去搖晃不穩，再低頭一看，接縫處開裂，有水滲出，可能是尿啊！天！可能是膠水沒有粘好？床頭燈罩下接着幾張優美的蜘蛛網，或者灰塵網，洗手枱底下燈光處也是灰塵網若隱若現。下午回來，一看洗手盆裏孩子洗衣服的沙子還在盆子裏，地漏上蓋着一根掃帚枝葉。最讓我噁心的是螞蟻，換下來的衣服掛在洗手間勾子上，第一天發現爬了很多螞蟻，以為是我自己帶回來的。第三天，發現又爬了很多螞蟻，我就納悶了，內褲上帶了這麼多螞蟻回來？再一抬頭，看到螞蟻大軍們在通往天花板接縫處奔波。設計這麼有品味的酒店啊！？早晨去游泳，水質還是很清澈的，但是服務員不準備躺椅，不備大毛巾，我開口要了才給。水上飄着很多樹葉，我讓服務員先清理了樹葉才下去遊。就是説，都得自己開口要，這些服務難道不是本來就必備的嗎？房間的體重器也是不靈的，電視機遙控很調皮，有時能打開，有時不靈。所以説，酒店服務管理沒跟上，沒有人每天查細節，服務員很懶，慢慢老油條了，不知道業主老闆知不知道啊！餐飲酒店，凡是做的好的，都是有人天天查細節的。沒有辦法，指望不上員工會真的細節到位。我所認識的酒店總經理，豪華酒店，他每天早上早起從上面跑樓層，一層層檢查看細節。一個酒店的燈罩下接蜘蛛網，這是什麼衞生打掃員的標準呢？對了，第一天入住發現落地燈插頭是壞的，本來我可能跟大多數人一樣，無所謂，壞了就不用，少個燈也不差什麼，但是又一想，我付了這個房費，為什麼不用？於是跟樓下前台説了，他們立刻換進來另一個落地燈，連先來查看看都沒有，説明他們早就知道這個房間的落地燈是壞的。也就是，酒店會欺負那些保持沉默的善良客户，能懶就懶。可是如果你付房費，少一分錢都不答應對不對？在這裏，就知道國際星級酒店標準的優勢了。民宿精品酒店，衹能從國民衞生標準判斷，因為服務員的標準就是普通民眾的衞生標準。所以日本的民俗可以信任，別的國家，想想再説。

是我住過最喜歡的酒店

La Rose Suites is a fabulous boutique-style hotel in a great location near the Royal Palace. Rooms are clean and lovely. There is a wonderful swimming pool and gorgeous spa massages. The bar and restaurant are cosy and personal. The service from all the staff is extremely high level. There was some traditional music and dancing in the evening when we were staying there, which was fantastic to see..The meals were all delicious!

We had a two night stay here on a larger trip. The hotel was fantastic with a large room and nice balcony. I was well located for all the main sights. The restaurant very nice with great food and traditional music and dance show. The staff were absolutely fantastic and could not have done more. We also had a free traditional massage that was very good

Definitely the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in- attention to detail throughout - fabulous lotus flowers ! Friendly staff who couldn’t do enough to make my stay special. Food in the restaurant was amazing - best I had throughout my trip to SE Asia - I loved being escorted across the road to the restaurant and then back later in the evening.

My family had a wonderful stay at La Rose. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are a very good size. The staff is incredibly helpful and attentive. The extra touches, like the free massage and free drinks in the room, makes the experience all the more special.

This is a gem of a hotel tucked away on a quiet street , yet close to a beautiful part of the city. Every staff member was lovely and accommodating- from cool washcloths as you entered the hotel, to wonderful spa services, and delicious meals. The service was superb!! I especially loved the pool- tucked away under some trees, with an outdoor shower covered with vines. I’m sorry to leave this paradise.

We had the most wonderful stay in Phnom Penh and our stay was enhanced because we were staying at La Rose Suites. The staff members, without exception, were charming, professional and made us feel very special. We are determined to return to Phnom Penh and will certainly choose to stay at La Rose Suites once again. Thank you

A beautiful retreat in the centre of Phenm Penh. We were welcomed and looked after so well by the staff at the chic La Rose Suites. Our room was huge and with the best bath, the most comfortable bed and plenty of space to relax and chill after our city tour. The complimentary massage was great and helped us to relax after our bust day. A great hotel.

Fantastic Boutique Hotel with extremely friendly staff .They can’t do enough for you .Large airy rooms with a gorgeous bathroom including bathrobes and slippers.Also Kettle and iron. Food is excellent with lots of choice and a huge variety of drinks also. In a quiet St but very close to the Town. Would highly recommend

This was a great hotel with lovely large rooms and friendly attentive staff. The hotel is very central and tucked down a side street to mitigate against too much traffic noise etc. Extra points for the small details like a free massage and mini bar included. The restaurant is also worthy of a mention as being reasonably priced and of great quality. I would recommend this as a great place to explore the city from.

The hotel is tucked away in a back street with no flashing neon lights to announce itself but this is certainly no disadvantage. Its rooms are spacious and clean but the main attraction is the charming and friendly staff who impress from the moment you arrive. The lady in charge of the restaurant was particularly smart and capable and had a busy environment running smoothly and efficiently. We really enjoyed our two night stay and would return in a heartbeat.
