New hotel, room is clean, spacious, comfortable stays, was here for 3 nights, quiet surrounding, wifi and internet TV available.
All the staffs are friendly, helpfull, no barrier in english communication.
Good location, 24 hours daily mart nearby, walking distance about 15 min only to Naga entertainment centre. Basically tuk tuk under Grab is easy covering on accessibility to surrounding areas in Phnom Penh.
Recommended.

Checked in with my local partner guest. Somehow initially she wasn't even offered a welcome drink, disrespectful and discriminatory service to the local. The owner operator was also lurking around very eerily watching your movements all the time in the hotel. It doesn't give you the feeling it's professionally run. Also, the washroom was so claustrophobic, nothing like what we saw in the pictures while booking the room.
Otherwise, the location and breakfast was good.

We had one night and day here - it was memorable and a highlight of our Cambodia accommodation. All of the staff were hospitable and lovely- especially Mr Kim. Delicious breakfast, great room and views - and best of all the POOL was incredible! Highly recommend and would return.

Friendly and helpful staff. New modern, small boutique hotel, Nice views, and great tub in the bathroom Great location, Value was good Walking distance or short tuk tuk to anywhere in the Capital city. Being a new hotel, the occupancy was low and services like spa and restaurant were not fully up to speed. It will Only get better and we really enjoyed the stay.

Excellent location, value for money, great views, really enjoyed my stay, highly recommend this hotel. The staff and owners were so helpful, there recommendations for dining and places to visit spot on, the owners even arranged some local delicacy to take home.

A great, new-fangled hotel with modern facilities. The staff, from the owner to the hotel manager to the entire staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooftop infinity pool is a sight in itself. The location of the hotel is excellent, you can visit several sights within walking distance and have a very nice view of the Mekong River.

Amazing Rooftop Infinity Swimming Pool! I have been in a lot of hotels throughout Southeast Asia, but this one is the finest by far in terms of value for money, cleanliness, consistently delicious breakfast, and outstanding personnel. The management, staff, and owner are all very amiable. The amenities are a nice addition, the staff is well-trained, and the hotel is pleasant and clean. All of this comes at a great price. Everything you need is just a short distance away, and the Mekong Delta and Royal Palace are all very near by. All in all, I had an amazing stay at this just opened hotel. To anyone looking for a downtown hotel and an amazing hotel experience in Phnom Penh, I would heartily suggest it.
