Itu ok, tidak sepadan dengan harganya.

The hotel was Charlene and the very nice gentleman check me in was awesome. The food at hotel was very good The room was great I really enjoyed my stay at the Sheraton suite Philadelphia Airport.

It very nice & quiet they do help you out when needed

It was a wonderful experience. The room was beautiful and comfortable. The staff was incredible. I had an unexpected medical emergency. The manager was able to get my luggage over to me in my hospital room at Jefferson. Above and beyond. I am indebted to them.

Everything was super clean. Room was spacious and well furnished. You get a whole suite with a big tv in the living room and one in the bedroom, with a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Front desk staff was nice. Everything was great! I will be back!

It is a nice convenient place to stay at the airport. They also have a free shuttle to the airport

Your service is excellent, including front desk, staff, bartender, restaurant staff, the beds are comfortable and so are the pillows!

The staff were always smiling and helpful. It was the best stay I have had in a long time. The breakfast was incredible. I seriously can not think of one issue. I am booking another night in 2 days and I will not even entertain another hotel near the Philly airport. I’m not sure why I have stayed at so many before trying this one.

Hotel staff was helpful and pleasant. The staff working on Sunday morning was really nice.

My overall stay at this hotel was great. I did have a few things that would have liked to be better. The TVs in the room are out of date and are not smart TV so you were limited to what you could watch. Also, the coffee pot in my room did not work and when I called down stairs. The young lady said she would send someone up to exchange it, but never did. I eventually did get a new coffee pot when housecleaning came around and she found me one but it was well after 11 o’clock before I got it. The breakfast that cost $25 is a buffet and only had eggs sausage, yogurt and limited fruit. The hotel smelt nice and was clean and the bed slept great. Overall, I will give it an 8/10.

Was some initial confusion and double booking of the same room because of same last name.

They advertise laundry services but don’t actually have them onsite. If you are ok with walking across the parking lot to the hotel next door with your dirty clothes or don’t have to take care of laundry then this place may work.
