When we arrived at the facility we had to be let in. Therefore we did not feel safe outside as there were homeless people around on the street. The continental breakfast was greatly lacking in that the yogurt seemed old or had been frozen and thawed. The coffee was weak. We never ate there again and went to Dunkin Donuts all 3 mornings. After the first day when we arrived back in our room the bed was not made when the room was serviced. the next day it was barely made as the sheet was draped on the floor. They used king-size sheets on a queen so we were tripping over the extra material. Coffee made in the room was workable if it was doubled but there was only powdered creamer and sugar enough for one cup. One small bar of soap was for the sink and the shower until the last day when there were two. There was no refrigerator or microwave. I found out that I had paid only 20$ less per night than the rest of my family who stayed at the Lowes. What a ripoff!
