我奉勸每一個來這裏的中國人想清楚 不要被xhs那些貼子騙了 我看了這些差評原以為可能是偶然的發生 直到真的遇到！這家酒店歧視中國人，或者説對中國人的態度是無所謂？本來我在海外一直覺得還是善良友愛的當地人多一些，這家酒店的服務生可以隨意送你到半路讓你自己走，可以謊話連篇的編造理由證明他沒錯。然而這些都OK，直到他的領導一個女的上來才搞笑，我把事情的來龍去脈跟他講清楚，她就説是我的問題，無理由相信他的員工。我説我作為你的顧客説的你就完全不相信？我和你的服務生之間又不認識，我又何必找他麻煩，啞口無言！！説通俗點就是歧視！！！我定了第一天，其實這個環境蠻失望的，我拍一些好的照片但同樣的價格我也去過一些別的島，完全不值！！

The boats come and go and it is very noisy at night. The boat to Tong Sai only needs to pay an additional 100 per trip. It is good for sightseeing and sea vacation. The only thing that can be confirmed is that the service attitude of the hotel is really bad. It can be because of its own work attitude, and it can find all kinds of excuses. Even the entire management team has this attitude. If you are European and American, it is completely different! I can't say it is racial discrimination, but it is really disgusting! If I were to book again, I would not book this hotel!

I will not stay in this hotel again. 1. The air conditioner blows directly at the bed 2. The check-in experience is strongly related to the weather. It rained heavily the whole night on the first day of check-in. The rainstorm in Phi Phi Island is really different from that in Phuket Island. The thunder is 360 degrees surround. There was heavy rain and thunder in the first half of the night, and I didn't sleep well. 3. The house is quite old. It is a very old wooden structure, which leads to good ground conduction (the whole house is a little trembling when walking), and the sound insulation is very poor. If you sleep light, consider it carefully. The hotel is also quite old. On the first night, we were taking a shower and there was a power outage! The water heater was out of power, resulting in no hot water. The phone was out of power, and the complaint phone could not be dialed. I had to take a cold shower halfway through. I wanted to go to the front desk to ask what was going on. The sea view room still had to climb the mountain for 15 minutes before going down, and there was no light. Although the power was back on after half an hour, the experience was very uncomfortable. 4. The good thing about the hotel is that it is close to the shark point, and you can snorkel without renting a long-tail boat. But maybe we were unlucky and didn't see any baby sharks. 5. The restaurant tasted OK, but the price was a bit expensive. It was boring to stay in the hotel all the time. If you want to eat something different, you can only spend money to take a Didi speedboat to Tongsai Bay. It costs 150 baht per person (one way) at night, and 300 baht for a round trip.

很不錯，餐廳pizza很好吃

Номер 102, находится чуть выше ресепшен, у тропинки в номер какая-то труба, которая постоянно создавала влажность и пару раз были неприятные ароматы. Сам номер небольшой, но уютный. Ежедневно бесплатно предоставляются безалкогольные напитки. ( типа кола и апельсиновый сок) и влажные полотенца. Из недостатков: был замечен таракан. Завтраки хорошие, есть что выбрать. Раньше делали очень вкусные брауни, но теперь их нет. Территория отеля очень красивая. Пляжная территория-просто провал для такого отеля. Старые неухоженные лежаки, зонты, душ у бассейна практически сломан. Цвет воды, конечно, невероятный. Персонал на ужине более приветливый, чем на завтраке.Вкусная пицца☺️
