Clean room beside pool air con no complaints Big double bed, shower didn’t work but hotel staff fixed instantly very helpful

A small, inexpensive hotel. Breakfasts are modest. The beds and pillows are hard. Overall, everything is as described in other reviews. It's okay for a two-night stay.

The room was fine, with everything you needed. Unfortunately, both the beds and pillows were very hard. The shower didn't have hot water, but the pool was wonderful. The service was excellent! We always received an umbrella when it rained, and the rooms were cleaned upon request. The staff is very friendly and will even help with luggage to the pier if requested.

Excellent budget hotel to stay. Value for money. The hotel is not big. There is a swimming pool. The pool is kept clean. This is a separate +. Now it is after reconstruction. What may confuse guests at first glance is the worn furniture. And it is not the fault of the staff, but thanks to the "very cultured and neat visitors". The staff tries to do everything for a comfortable stay. There is a buffet for breakfast. You will not go hungry.

Contact the hotel in arrival if you have heavy luggage so that they someone with cart for luggage. It's about a Km from Pier. Lovely quiet rooms with clean swimming pool. If you book breakfast then they have a buffet from 7-10.am. it's simple but adequate. The room and toilet was clean and comfortable.

The worst hotel I’ve stayed at around the world. The shower and tap water was freezing with no hot water for 3 days! The rooms didn’t get cleaned at all. The cleaners took dirty towels on the second night and didn’t even replace them?! That was the extent of the cleaning they did. They didn’t offer to carry our luggage to and from the dock even though they knew we were leaving and they had carts at the premises. Horrible experience, don’t go here suck it up and pay a bit more.

Stayed here for 3 nights in February. Location of hotel was in the middle no where. Our room was inadequate, was full of flys. Beds were uncomfortable. We had the option to have breakfast every morning, not a lot on offer and seemed as tho it had been sat there a while. When we first arrived, the pool was green for the first day but then cleared up. Staff were unfriendly. Only positive was the laundry service!!!

Hotel took 20 minutes to walk to from pier with our luggage so pack light! Hotel was in a quiet location and not exactly a good one to take young kids. Appeared to only have adults. Staff was friendly, room was clean but the beds were awful and so was the pillows. Within 5-10 minutes of food. Breakfast was “ok” but room for improvement because the food wasn’t kept warm in most cases. Pool was well maintained.

Location is a but off the beaten track. Bungalows are a bit basic, cramped and very warm. Upgraded to room around the pool a lot better. Pool is OK and basic. Sunbeds could do with some cushions. Breakfast is basic. Cheap and cheerful. Staff friendly and helpful.

Spent two nights here back in March and had a lovely stay. Clean room and comfortable bed. Big balcony. Nice pool area. Hotel was in a quiet area of Phi Phi far away from the noise and nightlife. Was only about a ten minute walk into town. Would definitely stay here again if I visited the island again.

Currently staying at Gispy and I'm really enjoying my time here! The absolute highlight has been the welcome; the daytime receptionist is simply wonderful. She always has a kind word and a big smile, making you feel completely at ease and always ready to help. There's a large pool with a jacuzzi, and it's nicely tucked away from the hustle and bustle, which is a definite plus. Housekeeping is more than satisfactory and done daily. HOTEL TO AVOID, already at first the hotel was stuck in 2000, no refreshment. Dirty room and bathroom, first room has a dead cockroach and lots of insect traces around the bed, so I refuse this room, I am offered 2 other rooms just as dirty. Shower and sink full of limescale and dirty, impossible to adjust the water temperature. 4 nights in this hotel, the staff came to clean the room only the first night.
