Mot bad, I took out 1 star due to the 2nd card key require a security deposit, which I didn’t experience with other hotels

Great place and services! The room is so spacious and the view is all what u ask for staying in Phayao! We got free ice creams when checked in

Everything ‘s excellent . I confirmed.

ราคากับค่าที่พัก ไม่คุ้มค่า จองห้อง Deluxe เหมือนจองห้องพักธรรมดา อ่างแช่น้ำ ที่มองเห็นวิวกว๊านพะเยา ก็เป็นอ่างธรรมดา ไม่ใช่อ่างจากุซซี่ เพียงแค่ เปิดน้ำใส่ เอา ตัวลงแช่ ส่วน อาหาร ดินเนอร์ในโรงแรม มีให้เลือก หลากหลายแต่ วันที่ไป ไม่มีดนตรีเล่น ต้องออกมาหาฟังเพลง นอกโรงแรม อาหารเช้า ธรรมดา เหมือนโรงแรม ทั่วๆๆไป

本人經常性居住在帕堯府，這個酒店剛開沒多久，屬於目前本地最好的酒店了。 硬件質量夠硬，頂樓還有個風景無敵的咖啡西餐廳（咖啡加盟的星巴克）。 地理位置離downtown有一定距離，建議不是自駕的選擇在核心區的另外一家酒店-普隆格，但那邊的風景不如這裏。

The restaurant, filled with various prohibition signs, makes one wonder how the business is run here.I quickly note that Phayao's most expensive coffee is offered here in the form of Starbucks beans. In my opinion, very overrated. The breakfast was decent, but overall not really worth the price.

The hotel is in the city of Phayao Province. The hotel has a good atmosphere. Next to a large lake There is a beautiful view. The service staff is excellent and friendly. The restaurant is on the 7th floor. The food is delicious. Next time I will stay again.

There were a number of issues with the Superior Lake View room in this hotel. Negatives: Expensive in house food and drink Fridge didn't work on arrival and desk staff claimed fridge turned off when keycard removed. Turned out that fridge wasn't plugged in but it still wasn't cold 6 hours after we plugged it back in Room had balcony but no railing fitted (see photo) so couldn't open sliding doors or use balcony. Had to walk through carpark to get to pool. No chairs in pool area. No cable tv channels. Bed in wrong position to enjoy the amazing lake view. We had view of road and hotel opposite instead. Shower not hot. Breakfast room on roof had leaking ceiling. Positives: Very nice breakfast (see photo). Room modern. Friendly, professional staff. We would not return to this hotel, certainly not worth the price of 1440 Baht per night to us.

Wenn man in Phayao übernachtet ist das M2 Waterside geeignet. Es verfügt über Parkplätze, ein gutes Restaurant im 7. Stock und ein kleines Schwimmbad. Die Zimmer sind gross genug und Preis / Leistung ausgezeichnet. Das Frühstück ist viel fälltig und das Personal effizient und freundlich.
