My partner and I needed to book a last minute accommodation with wifi and air conditioning last minute and Montania Lifestyle Hotel met all of our needs and more. They had a beautiful pool/garden area, a delicious breakfast spread with homemade Thai pastries, and a great menu. We had our favorite cashew chicken and yellow curry here. The location is close to the main bus stop and great walking distance to downtown. The staff is chill yet attentive, we booked an awesome sustainable elephant experience here.

We booked a three night stay at this resort and absolutely loved it. It's a small resort with only a few staff that run it but they do a fantastic job. We felt like royalty staying here! We stayed in one of the chalets and it was simply adorable. Small but just roomy enough for the three nights and really just a place to put your head down as you'll be out exploring each day for sure.... There was a complimentary mini bar with soft drinks and snacks in the room. A cute afternoon tea brought to your room every day about 3pm. The pool is lush. The view spectacular and bonus there was aircon in the room too. A very good quality one too, so much so we ended up easing it back a bit at night. You can have breakfast, lunch and dinner at the resort if you want or you can take a short walk into the village. Lots of restaurants and bars to choose from. As mentioned before, the staff here were great and so friendly and hospitable. We will definitely book to come back here again. Highly recommend it to others.

We had a wonderful stay here in this charming location. The staff were excellent. Very reasonable prices for everything. It’s a quick walk to other restaurants and supplies. We stayed in the Bu-ng Sari bungalow. Good air conditioning and a comfortable bed. We extended our stay because we liked it so much. It was extremely hot during our stay… even the locals said so! But, we bathed and fed an elephant, kayaked with a guide down a river and took a long boat tour in Khao Sok National Park. This is a serene and beautiful spot❤️Thanks to Mae and her wonderful staff for a great experience.

To avoid Hotel booked in advance for our vacation in Thailand. We received an email less than 48 hours in advance to inform us that they ultimately did not have room to accommodate us and that they were canceling our reservation. How is it possible for the establishment to realize only 48 hours in advance that there are too many reservations on that date? Conclusion: if you don't want to risk finding yourself without a hotel when you arrive, don't book this establishment.

Hotel well located in kha sok. Very warm pool when we came. Good breakfast with filter coffee. Suggested activities departing from the hotel. Cooking class and day at the lake (90 minutes’ drive). Alright. Close to many restaurants

We booked the Montiana based on the pictures and reviews. The booking correspondence via email was really friendly and our requests were taken into account (excursion bookings & accommodation as a family with 2 bedrooms). The pick-up - by Montiana - from Khao Lak to the hotel went smoothly. Based on the pictures on the website and the reviews, our expectations were quite high. Unfortunately, these were not met. The wonderful view was unfortunately spoiled by the construction site (still the one from the mountain ratings from previous years???) (not a single word was mentioned anywhere). The "run-down" pool bar or whatever it is supposed to represent is always by the pool. It could be made nicer. The family bungalow is definitely not in the 3-star range - max 2 stars: All curtains have holes and are "shabby". The beds are unfortunately very hard and uncomfortable - the fresh bed linen was unfortunately. A general renovation is urgently needed here. The staff are really very, very friendly!!! Water and towels were given for every excursion booked. The breakfast was absolutely fine and so was the dinner. Unfortunately, my email to the hotel dated April 4, 2024 was not answered due to a missing item - unfortunately that's a minus point, especially because the communication beforehand went smoothly. I had higher expectations - a shame for the price.

This is a great location to rest and relax while planning to go into the national park. Rustic rooms, comfy beds, and easy access to dining and the pool. It's within walking distance of other restaurants, ships, and a pharmacy, too. The staff was very easy and a pleasure to work with.

Hospitality here was fantastic at all times. This really made our stay. Trips were arranged at our request with good local knowledge and advice. Taxis and drivers arranged for us and help planning our onward travel. Breakfast was the best we had all holliday (month). Accommodation was Lovelly and very clean - they even supplied mosquito plug ins. The swimming pool was beautiful, with mountain and nature views and very clean warm water. Coffee (fresh) was available in reception as well as in your room (kettle). If you are visiting Khao Sok - stay here - it could not have been better.
