The best thing happened in this trip and we really enjoyed all aspects of what they were offering! Although the bath weren’t functional and they sent twice the engineers to fix it …. Kinda nice but also kinda getting late …. But we would like to come back anytime for the sand for the hotel and more sand 🤩

Resort itself is great, however there is not much to see or do in the area. Brilliant for a quite get away where you lay by the pool and beach. Service was great, all areas were clean and staff were friendly

A very pleasant hotel in Mui Ne, perfect service, the scenery is as shown in the picture, the original picture without filter, recommended to friends who pay attention to Mui Ne. There are food and drinks near the hotel. If you want to go further, you can also rent a motorcycle, about 50 for a day and a night is enough.

It’s a great resort, with restaurants and bars. We upgraded to a family room which is a loft room perfect for family with kids and need space and privacy. The staff are very friendly and helpful, called the bus company for us to make reservations. Breakfast is very good and there’s also a simple afternoon tea, coffee with cake. We were able to skip lunch by having late breakfast, afternoon tea then dinner at the resort. If you reserve your table before 4pm, you’ll get a 10% discount! There are multiple pools which are well maintained and not so crowded. The beach is connected to the hotel with decent water. They should try to clean up the beach better as there are plastic that washes up to the beach.

The room matched the photos, but it had a mouldy smell. I arrived at 3am, exhausted, and didn't have time to inform the resort as I had to leave early in the morning. Despite setting the air conditioning to 18 degrees, the room remained hot and humid, making it uncomfortable. When I spoke to the staff the next day, they attributed the smell to the room lacking windows. However, the room does have windows, and regardless, it shouldn't smell mouldy. Security was satisfactory, but I believe they should be paid more. When the security personnel helped with my luggage, they lingered, seemingly expecting a tip. This made me feel uncomfortable and harassed, which detracted from my overall experience.

We had a rest in the beginning of November. The hotel is located in one of the most convenient places of the beach line. Cafes, shops within walking distance, the entrance to the sea is gentle. The staff is friendly, cleaning was done every day, towels were changed, as well as beach towels. Breakfasts were practically the same, but there was always something to choose from, children also have pasta, omelettes, sausages, cereals and pastries. From fruits pitahaya, watermelon, bananas, papaya, mango, pineapple, passion fruit. At the bar you can order something to eat during the day or just drink coffee with cheesecake. In the evening (Tue, Fri, Sat) at the hotel you can have dinner, cooked on the grill: seafood, salads, also fruits and pastries

At first, the air conditioner in the room leaked all over the floor, and they didn't change it. After a round of communication, they changed it to a twin room. The bed was small, but it was clean. The swimming pool downstairs was nice, but it might be off-season, so there were not many people. It's very close to the muddy river, just a few minutes walk away!

+ + + the hotel staff is very friendly. This is one of the best aspects of the hotel. The quality of room cleaning is 4 out of 5. In the last two days of our stay, the room was cleaned at around 4 pm, which is not convenient. The hotel grounds are well-groomed, but the water bodies need improvement. The breakfast is normal but without much variation from day to day. You can punish things for chips, but only 2 per day. This is a nice bonus, although it is not very convenient to wash two things at a time and resent someone else's things being washed first. We were on vacation as a family. - - - the hotel is located in an undeveloped area. The big minus is garbage. As soon as you leave the hotel, garbage is everywhere. The same problem is on the hotel beach. The hotel employees systematically clean the area of ​​the hotel beach, but the dirt and garbage that is immediately outside the hotel still ends up on the beach and in the water. The hotel administration should solve the causes of this problem, and not just deal with its consequences, which do not stop. That's why I give 2 out of 5 for cleanliness. Cleanliness in the hotel - dirt on the sea. But guests go to the sea first of all! There are swimming pools and clean rooms all over the world. The sea and the beach are the main thing! Another minus is that there are no entertainments and activities in the hotel. The only entertainment was the New Year's show, which made a positive impression, we were lucky that we caught it, because we left the hotel on January 29. All other days - no entertainment. There is no transfer to the city. Despite the fact that there is nothing to entertain in the hotel, the issue of a free transfer to the nearest city has not been resolved. You have to get there yourself by bus (which is very inconvenient) or by taxi, which is relatively expensive. The minibar in the rooms is paid, water is free. If you bring a bottle of water from the room to the restaurant, they will count it and ask you to pay at the restaurant price. Also, if you buy a drink outside the hotel (in the hotel restaurant the price is three times more expensive than in the shop across the street), you will also be asked to pay for it. Such unpleasant trifles and attitude towards guests spoils the whole impression of the hotel. In general, we can conclude that the hotel administration should not only train the staff, who work very conscientiously and are very friendly, but also pay attention to management and solving pollution problems, active recreation and review the pricing policy considering the location of the hotel. I do not plan to return. Thanks to the service staff!

Rest a week, quiet, quiet! In such a large resort there were almost alone. There were only a lot of people for the weekend. Clean every day. Very comfortable beds. There are everything in the kitchen, but the refrigerator is very small. The hotel is certainly tired, but we are not prudent, rested with pleasure. Especially after noisy cities. Big warm pools, really not very clean, but swimming normally. Before the beach 5 minutes, we went through the hotel opposite. To shops and cafes far away.

It’s a new resort. The breakfast place is the highlight in this resort as it was next to the beach and the food was also good. The family room with 2 bedrooms was comfortable. They have their own small private beach and the rectangular swimming pool was awesome overseeing the ocean. There is a nice little Indian and Mexican Restaurant called Namaste India, hardly 200 meters from the hotel and that made our stay even better.
