Centara Mirage Resort Mui Ne

this resort is located on a hill with many villas looking down the sea. they have many amenities like swimming pool,water park. the staffs are helpful and enthusiastic to customers, definitely will come back next time

Definitely an excellent place to stay if you are looking for a relaxing getaway. Excellent service, chill and beautiful environment and fast buggy service. Breakfast also tasted nice. Our kids love the swimming pool and kid zone so so much. Oh ya, they also surprised us with a birthday cake delivered to our room for my dad even we didn't request for that. Definitely will choose to stay here again if we have chance to come to MuiNe again.

I understand that outside food is not allowed — but this hotel showed absolutely no consideration for families with small children. There were almost no kid-friendly food options, and after all the trouble we went through to order something suitable, we were told to eat outside even though it was pouring rain. Completely unreasonable and disappointing. I stayed with my family for five nights, and not once did this place feel like a true five-star resort. All activities ended by 6 p.m., leaving nothing to do in the evenings. The cleanliness and facilities might look five-star, but the service and management are not even close. Nearby hotels offer free activities and family programs at one-third of the price. Here, however, everything comes with an extra charge, and the amount of restrictions is absurd. It doesn’t feel like a resort for guests — it feels like a system designed to take your money. Honestly, I have no idea who decided to call this place “five-star.” Some buggy drivers only smile when given tips, otherwise they completely ignore you. I felt frustrated throughout my entire five-day stay and even wanted to move to another hotel halfway through. Paying around 400,000 KRW per night for this kind of experience is unacceptable. This place is all about appearances — fancy on the outside, hollow on the inside. It was a waste of money and time. Absolutely not worth it, and I will never come back.
