The large bay windows, stretching from south to north, flood the space with natural light and provide access to two shaded terraces, perfect for unwinding. The north terrace is particularly appreciated in summer for its refreshing coolness. Upstairs, you will find a WC and a modern bathroom featuring a spacious 1.60 m shower, as well as a washing machine, a dryer, and a changing table for your convenience. The three bedrooms, with their sloping ceilings, offer a warm and intimate atmosphere. Two of them are furnished with king-size beds (160 x 200), while the third has two single beds (90 cm), ensuring restful sleep thanks to high-quality bedding. Recently fully restored, this gîte combines rustic charm with contemporary decor, creating a welcoming and modern environment.
