1. Kebersihan - lantai agak berpasir, tiada tuala alas kaki keluar dari toilet. 2. Servis - booking dalam Trip.com bilik katil twin dan ada tingkap. Tapi bila sampai, receptionist kata bilik katil twin semua tak ada tingkap. Sangat kecewa sebab dalam Trip.com kata ada tingkap. Harga bilik ada tingkap lagi mahal daripada bilik tiada tingkap. Receptionist tak ada effort untuk ganti bilik tersebut. So, saya anggap iklan bilik itu menipu pelanggan. 3. Hair dryer rosak. Gambar ini adalah bilik yang saya booking dalam Trip.com. Saya kurang gembira menginap di sini. Ia mengganggu mood kerja saya.

Recently stayed at Hotel 99 Kelana Jaya and had a decent experience overall. The hotel offers good value for budget-conscious travelers, with its convenient location, close to public transport (LRT Kelana Jaya). ✔ Affordable rates – Suitable for short stays or business trips. ✔ Clean & basic room – The essentials (bed, AC, TV, bathroom) were functional. ✔ Decent WiFi – Reliable for basic browsing. ⚠️ Room size – A bit compact, especially for longer stays or extra luggage. ⚠️ Noise levels – Some street noise could be heard in my room. Overall, Hotel 99 KJ is a no-frills, convenient and budget-friendly choice, If you need an affordable place to sleep without extra perks, this hotel does the job.

This is suitable for outstation only. It can be better if the cleanliness of the room is maintained well. Small room, but you get what you pay.

the location is great. Road side parking is available. next month will stay again and take picture.

Location us good as near lrt station kela jaya，room wise is fine for a short stay, if you are a light sleeper then you might want to think again. Overall it's ok.
