Hotel ok., Cuma tila keras sangat macam tilam lama.Overall ok la. best ada massage chair dalam bilik

Room was alright, but door was faulty. Card doesn’t work so key had to be used to open it. And the key gets stuck very often. Super cold aircond.

Rubbish hotel couldn't cancel for wrong booking. Just book within 5 minute noticed book wrong location but hotel doesn't allow cancel. Blood sucking.

We got a good discount on trip while booking the room. Therefore we wouldn't trouble ourselves to complain when there's no toilet paper & bottled mineral water provided. We had a king bed but only had 2 thin pillows. the aircond is freezing cold.

Nice place to stay and near to lrt

Sovotel Kelana Jaya 73 Good location; cleaniness just average, old pillowcases and torn tower! Overall ok for one night stay!

Good as an overnight sleep and get on to do your business the next day

Toilet lock spoilt, sounds proof issue. Other than these two issues everything is good.

Location very good and easy access. Near to public transport, convenience store, and kedai mamak. But close early.Hahaha. Overall ok la for solo traveler.

Everything is good. Got massage chair to enjoy in the room. My room facing LDP highway and LRT station. No sound proof windows. Bit noisy. Got to go to ground floor to get hot/cold water dispenser.

Bed abit old

Room was very clean, spacious enough and good customer service . Was allowed to check in 1hr 15mins earlier without any additional charges. Rooom Rate was very cheap on my booking day. Lots of parking place and safe area. There is a 7 eleven and 99speedmart below. There is a LRT station opposite. Easy access to lots of places in KL & main parts of Selangor. Very near to PLUS Highway Exit (Damansara Exit). Hope the hotel can provide a small electric kettle to complete their excellent service. Thank you
