The hotel is in a great location with a sheltered walkway to One Utama Shopping Mall, making it perfect for shopping. There are many nice restaurants nearby. Check-in and check-out were fast, and the service was excellent. Beautiful infinity pool and gym facilities. Breakfast was very nice, especially the Squid Sambal Nasi Lemak.

Starting with the Concierge Assistant, his welcoming positivity was just what I needed. He kindly brought my luggage directly to my room—such a nice touch! We then enjoyed a delicious fruit punch that was simply amazing. Our room was perfect, with vintage vibes and a lovely bathtub. We even brought bath bombs to make the most of our night. Now, about the breakfast—you must try their rendang ayam, hot chocolate, and dim sum. I wholeheartedly approve of them all. I will definitely return for another spontaneous stay. The hotel location was superb for us, as our relations were living down the road from the hotel. 1. location : superb 👍🏻 2. rooms : good, for a few visiting days, but the beds are too soft and due for renewal. 3. common area : due for refurbishments. 4. restaurants : breakfast was good with multiple choices 👍🏻 5. services : very good for the stay 👍🏻

Recently had a pleasant stay at this hotel, the location is great, surrounded by lots of eateries and shops, Staffs were friendly, the accommodation was tidy, clean and comfortable. ▶Breakfast included: nasi lemak bungkus, half-boiled eggs & coffee/tea, the nasi lemak was nice. ▶Car parking: roadside MPSJ parking, can pay with Touch & Go.

As always, this is my preferred hotel each time I stay at Petaling Jaya. Location is great as it’s nearby every where I need to go in Petaling Jaya. Hotel room is clean and customer service is great. The only disappointment this time is that the car park is no longer free. It is now RM2 per entry which may come up to a high amount is you drive in and out of the hotel a few times a day. Hope that the hotel will bring back the free car park for hotel staying guests.

Went for a concert near Bukit Jalil, the location was great as it was near Kinrara LRT with just 5 minutes walking distance. Take LRT for another 5 stations would reach the Bukit Jalil National Stadium. Good for those going to concert. Plenty of parking space available and restaurants or Family Mart available at the same row. Speak of disadvantages, the sound proofing was not good, i could heard speaking noise from room beside and corridor, door closing sound. Also no enough amenities was provided.
