Ibis Bordeaux Pessac Route des Vins

We've arrived to the hotel in October 2024. At first did not spot any issues. After a first night everything seems to be OK. Started to noticing some issues with the room like non working air-conditioning and ready small rooms. The hotel is in Ok location not to far from the city center and reality quit neighborhood. On the second night noticed bites on the back and we found bedbugs in our bed! We stayed in a multiple Ibis hotels around Europe and always with no issues, but not this time. Got bedbugs bites everywhere

Brilliant location, close to the motorway, quiet, noise-wise which we really appreciate. Very clean, nicely sized room at a fair price for comfort. Breakfast is available, good value, but very disappointed about dinner. We have used it for the last 14 years and used to have a good dinner but now unfortunately only pizzas and pasta are available as the main meals.

We had a fantastic couple of nights at this hotel. Receptionist was excellent and kindly changed our room from a double to a twin with no fuss. We ate in the Delarte Restaurant both nights (the second by accident - but that is a long story!!). The food was excellent and served with a smile. Special thanks to the Delarte manager, Vilay, who squeezed us in very late on our second night, her assistant Killian and his impecable English and the two cheerful, helpful waiting staff, Romaine and Elodie. We would highly recommend this Ibis. It is one of the older ones but recently refurbished, within sight of, and 2 minutes from, the Auroroute so easy to find after a long drive. 10 minutes walk from the tram station - which gets you to the heart of Bordeaux in about 30 minutes - no grinding driving or exasperating hunt for a parking space!!

I arrived at 20.30hrs when it was 3 degrees outside temperature and discovered my room heating was turned off and had not been turned on for my arrival. I turned the heating on and set it to 30 degrees and it made no difference whatsoever. The heating remained on all night but the room was still cold in the morning. The room was exceptionally cold and I had to sleep with additional layers of clothing to try to keep warm, and obviously I did not sleep well. I did not complain to reception as I had had a long drive and just wanted to sleep. In the morning I waited to speak to someone at reception but it was obvious I would wait a long time and I was short of time, so I had breakfast and departed for an early morning appointment. I can only comment on my room and breakfast and that's why I have given one star. Extremely disappointed.

Very good hotel. Nice comfortable room with good bathroom and a quiet night. Breakfast was a supplement and worth it. The Italian restaurant was too expensive for the average quality but ofcourse convenient when you arrive late. Excellent reception desk

Chambre très petite et un état de conservation déplorable comme constaté pour les photos .Petit déjeuner correcte . Pizzeria del Arte intégré c’est un plus pour ceux qui sont de passage une nuit comme moi . Literie confortable comme tous les hôtels du groupe .

Pas de pbm pour l accueil efficace. On regretta l odeur un peu desagreable dans les couloirs et la chambre. Un parfum d interieur ou des diffuseurs seraient les bienvenus. Moquette dans la chambre ce qui n est pas tres hygienique. La literie est de qualité mais la couette trop chaude et bruyante lorsqu on la deplace la nuit. L insonorisation exterieure et interieure est moyenne... bruits de pas, voisins qui ronflent, clim tres bruyante. Une route est a coté, il vaut mieux prendre une chambre à l arriere du batiment. La salle de bain n a pas ete refaite, elle accuse clairement son age, avec sa baignoire qui grince, ses debuts de moississures, son evier bouché. Au prix de la nuit et du peti dej (12 eur), d autres options plus fraiches sont peut etre à envisager

J'ai récupéré ma chambre samedi 20 juillet 2024 en début d'après-midi, j'ai déposé mes affaires à la chambre avant de repartir. A mon retour le soir même, la chambre avait été complètement vidé, toutes mes affaires personnelles avaient disparu ! J'ai dû récupérer mes affaires en vrac et au compte goutte à la réception... Il semblerait qu'il y ait eu une erreur avec le service de ménage, ils se sont trompés de chambre et inversé avec une autre chambre qui venait d'être rendue. Le personnel de ménage a cru que les affaires avaient été "oubliées" par le client précédent. Aussi étrange que cela puisse paraitre ils ont pris la décision de tout vider sans vérification préalable. J'ai essayé de négocier avec la directrice adjointe l'hôtel (Elodie Cantin) en espérant avoir un dédommagement et ne payer qu'une nuit au lieu de 2, mais cela a été refusé. Ils m'ont seulement proposé un simple abonement à leur programme de fidélité ALL en me créditant des points pour me dédomager, ce qui ne m'intéresse pas.

Très bon accueil par le personnel. Merci à eux. Dommage par contre du temps du covid pour les repas en chambre ainsi que le petit déjeuner. Une fois le covid terminé je pense que cet hôtel mérite ses 3 étoiles. Surtout pour l'accueil au top.
