Casa Speri

Nice big warm room with bathroom, coffee machine, kettle and mini-fridge in room and big comfortable bed. Free wifi. Host was slightly overly efficient and barely gave us chance to lock our vehicle and put our luggage down before she was demanding our documents and requesting the room tax. Also a sign in bathroom states that you have to leave by 10am the next day and if you don’t she will charge you €10 an hour for every hour after this, and if god forbid you are still there by 1pm she will charge you for a whole day! I understand that you don’t want guests outstaying their welcome, however when you are on holiday you want to relax. When it is out of season like now and there is possibility no-one even booked in for the next day then a certain leeway given to guests would be much nicer than the threatening notice in the bathroom that you will be heavily fined for staying beyond 10am. There is a mean-spirited ambience here that would dissuade us from wanting to return, the room has the bare minimum of things she can give you, one loo roll, one towel each, 1 coffee pod each etc. Also when we did leave, before 10am, she was literally waiting in the hallway with cleaning products!! So unfortunately the host really lets this place down, nobody wants to feel it is purely a financial transaction and that the host can’t wait to get rid of you, which is how she made us feel.

abbiamo scelto la struttura per le recensioni, beh, devo dire. il proprietario è un signore davvero dolce e simpatico, la camera è molto pulita, forse l'unica cosa che non ho tanto gradito è non aver trovato la cartaigienica nuova ma già aperta e pochissimo sapone per lavarsi, meglio portarsi bagno schiuma e altro da casa, (noi ci eravamo dimenticati di portarli). però la struttura è bellissima, molto molto pulita e il proprietario è ottimo. consiglio, se dovessi tornare in zona ci tornerei volentieri 😀

Sehr schönes, geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus. Liegt etwas oberhalb des Ortes. Sehr großzügige Zimmer, kostenloser Parkplatz gleich nebenan, in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß im Hafen. Einzig wegen Stiegenaufgang sollte man nicht mit schwerem Gepäck anreisen. Sehr nette Vermieter. Problemlose check in/check out, Ist den Preis wert.

Stanza pulita e accogliente con tutti i servizi necessari. Struttura silenziosa. Posizione comoda per raggiungere il centro di Peschiera a piedi. Ampio parcheggio riservato. Prezzo adeguato. Piccolo suggerimento: se pur Alessio è stato gentilissimo e si è reso disponibile e ha risposto a tutte le nostre richieste, avrei gradito trovare all'interno dalla struttura qualche informazione, deplians o contatto per ristoranti, bar, attività come imbarcazioni, noleggio.

Location stupenda a pochissimi metri dal lago. Titolare super gentile e molto molto molto disponibile Lo consiglio vivamente

Struttura Bellissima e pulita situata in una zona tranquilla con i proprietari di una gentilezza immensa. Posizione strategica per visitare Peschiera a piedi, vicino anche Gardaland e stazione ferroviaria per chi come noi volesse fare una visita a Venezia. Inoltre la struttura è dotata di parcheggio esterno comodissimo vicini anche bar e ristoranti. Saluti da Angelo, Anna e Desirè.
