"Small and quaint accommodation establishment located right outside Perugia, in a quiet setting with beautiful surroundings and views. Breakfast was very good and staff were very nice and helpful. The only drawback is that since it is an old building, there is no lift. For the rest, I would definitely recommend for those staying at Perugia."

"A decent hotel but personally not worth the price. The bar was constantly closed and we had to ask the front desk just to make a coffee, even over the weekend when you think they would want to make money. Location is no man’s land with some groceries and a highway next to you VERY far from center. WiFi was ok, some issues going out and in. The pool was the highlight as we had it to ourselves for both days. Room cleaning was nice and prompt, what we would expect. Personally both days we woke up with horrible allergies likely from their poor ventilation system. Could not open windows due to a sign from hotel suggesting Beatles would get in seasonally. Not justified for the price, just ok."

The property is stunning, surrounded by rolling hills, an ideal base for exploring Tuscany and Umbria. We visited “Pienza” and “Montepulciano”, with every drive offering breathtaking scenery and hidden gems. The food was exceptional throughout, especially the fresh, flavorful fruit. What stood out most was the hospitality. Unlike many luxury hotels, Borgo dei Conti made us feel like valued guests, not just room numbers. That personal touch made all the difference. "Me & my partner visited Perugia two weeks ago for the first time. The two brothers at reception were extremely helpful in teaching us how to navigate around the city. They also helped us buy and print out football tickets to one of the games which was a nice touch! I've stayed in many hotels around the Europe and in the UK, and never had an experience where the host is so helpful and interactive with the guests, but it was a great bonus in all! The hotel itself is in a great location. It is around 5 minutes up the escalators to the main city centre but also a little downtown to allow you to visit more authentic and rural sites! It is also right next to the bus station that takes you to different cities, which we used to go to Florence and also a vineyard for the day! The hotel is a beautiful historic building, very unique to the modern commercialised places which I personally appreciated. Was a fabulous hotel and I recommending to any travellers looking to explore Perugia in the best way possible!"

"The B&B is housed in a farmhouse on a hill, on the edge of a grove, a 10-minute drive from Perugia. The tranquility and silence of the area guarantee maximum relaxation and rest. However, it is essential to get there by car. In fact, I don't think there is any public transport that can reach it. On the other hand, there is no problem parking. Family management characterized by kindness and availability for any need. Advice on how to get around, where to eat and what to visit was much appreciated. The rooms are large, equipped with bathroom, smart TV, free wifi, coffee maker with pods, refrigerator, adequate number of towels, hairdryer and air conditioning. Impeccable cleanliness and care of both the room and the sheets and towels. Abundant, varied breakfast with local products. Cost not very low but, still, lower than the average for the area. Highly recommended!"
