"The hotel staff's service isn't up to par with the location and could definitely be improved. The pool had very hard loungers, no soft mattresses. Waking up early in the morning was very unpleasant due to the noise of maintenance work. There's room for improvement, given the potential of the old building and the grounds. Overall, good value for money."

"We stayed four nights at tis lovely boutique hotel in Perugia. The room was very comfortable and the double glazing blocked out all outside noise. The breakfast was an extensive buffet. The Pool looked very clean and had plenty of loungers around it. The value was amazing €149 per night."

HOTEL HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED!"
