Really nice small hotel, with very friendly staff and nice choice of breakfast. spotlessly clean and short walk from city centre. Reasonably priced and ideal for a short stay in Perth. Very comfortable bed and nice little lounge and garden.

Thank you so much Finlay for a fantastic stay. The hotel is in a great location, easy to drive to and a short walk into the town centre. Free parking is a bonus and the gardens very pretty. The hotel is a beautiful building and decorated in a tasteful and classic style. Our room was also stylish, large and had everything you need. Very comfortable bed, quality linens and very quiet. Excellent breakfast: good variety, high quality ingredients and cooked to perfection. Such friendly and helpful folk. We will definitely return.

Such a wonderful place and a short walk to Perth, but very quiet and comfortable. It’s a large comfortably furnished home and has all the amenities, including an excellent breakfast that you could ask for. They really do go out of their way, thank you, Graham, to take care of you The bedding was super comfortable, and I loved having offstreet parking behind the house. Graham also helped me choose some whiskey tastings at night before I retired.

We we attended a funeral in Perth last week and decided to stay overnight, we could not have chose a better place to stay. Great parking at the rear of hotel and less than a 10 minute walk into the city, or even better, take a stroll through the park by the riverside. The Hotel also has a lovely well kept garden. We were greeted by Finlay who was lovely, helpful and efficient. Our room was perfect, (with a great view over the city and park) quiet, spacious and spotless clean in every department. The bed was so comfortable, we both slept soundly all night long. Breakfast the next morning was a treat, all the ingredients were of the highest quality, perfectly cooked and delicious, all served in a relaxing atmosphere. To sum up, we did not have one single complaint and definitely will be back again.

We spent 2 days in Perth visiting the shopping centre, Cafe Tabou French restaurant and the Black Watch museum for which the Sunbank House hotel was ideally placed, although the car park was a little tight. We received a warm and pleasant welcome at reception. We were in room 3 on the first floor which had a lovely view in to the town. The room was well appointed with a very comfortable bed with good quality bed linen and a good quality coffee machine. We had a drink in the bar which had comfortable seating. The room was a pleasant temperature through our stay. The only downside was that the en-suite bathroom was very small. Breakfast the next morning was a delight with good quality products cooked to order. We will return and do recommend this hotel.

We were given a a warm welcome from the owner on arrival in reception . The car park was great & easy to load /unload cases The rooms were very well equipped, spotless with plenty of surfaces in both bedroom & shower room . Comfortable bed & pillows. The breakfast was absolutely delicious & well presented.Wonderful homely atmosphere- pleasant bar only one wish………pity they no longer do evening meals ….. but the restaurant recommendation from the owner was very good. Well worth a stay from all aspects.

Excellent facilities within walking distance to city centre for food and shops. Very happy with the comfortable accommodation and breakfast provided at a very reasonable cost. Very helpful owner who went above and beyond to assist us during our unexpected one night stay.

Great location within walking distance of Perth centre with private parking, lovely decorated room and bathroom, with all the facilities you need. Really hearty and well cooked breakfast, with a particularly good vegetarian selection. No fuss, quiet and relaxing stay.

Lovely stay from start to finish. A nice, warm welcome from the person on reception who was friendly and happy to help. It was a beautiful room, cosy and very clean with a great view. The hotel was within walk distance to the city centre and a beautiful walk by the river. The breakfast at the hotel was delicious and again, wonderful service. I would highly recommend this hotel, we had a wonderful time.
