nous sommes arrivés à l'accueil à 15h58 , l'accueil étant officiellement ouvert à 16H. du personnel était deja présent à l'accueil mais comme il n'etait pas 16H ils ont refusé de nous accueillir et nous ont renvoyé vers la borne automatique. comme elle n'a rien d'intuitif, cela a pris plus de temps qu'à l'accueil. si ils n'ont pas envie de travailler, mieux vaut changer de métier. globalement le personnel est très froid, distant, peu aimable. nous avons ensuite eu des soucis avec les voisins de chambre, bebe en pleur la nuit alors que la chambre en cause n'avait officiellement pas de 3eme personne, portes qui claques .. etc on va réfléchir à 2 fois avant d'y revenir, il y en a d'autres dans le coin !

Je descend dans cet hôtel chaque mois et toujours Personnel accueillant, disponible et attentif. Propreté des chambres et salles de bains irréprochables.Bonne literie. Nouvelles chambres bien équipées, spacieuses. Grand Parking gratuit.Excellent rapport qualité/prix.

Chambre familiale de 4 personnes ce qui est rare dans les autres hôtels.
Nous descendons souvent sur Perpignan donc je reviendrai dans cette hôtel.👍
