Wow what can we say! This hotel is exceptional! Should be a 5* everything from the hospitality to the cleanliness of the room was outstanding. The room was very spacious, clean and had everything we needed, fresh towels when we required them, rooms cleaned and beds made every day. 2 air conditioning units in the room, fridge, iron and ironing board. Communal areas and poolside always clean, waiters at breakfast lunch and dinner. Proper drink! Nothing watered down and it didn’t matter how much you drank. Pool was lovely and warm and very refreshing perfect size for the amount of guests, never fighting for any sun beds there was plenty to go around. Reception, kitchen and waiter staff couldn’t do enough for you, got to know you, always speaking knew drinks off my heart by a few days in. Food was incredible! We ate at the hotel most nights and it was proper food nothing like you normally find on an all inclusive holiday. Vibe was very relaxed and quiet, if you’re looking for a holiday to really unwind this is definitely the hotel for you. The hotel is a couple of minutes walk from shops and pubs that have a great vibe. Around a 30 minute walk from Protaras but cheap to get a taxi as well. Right on the beach which is beautiful and the water was stunning! You can leave your items at the pool and go for a swim in the sea! All in all this holiday has been incredible and that was made by the team at the hotel and how well they look after their quests and the quality of hotel. Wed go back in a heart beat! Award winning hotel!

Just returned from our hoilday on 2nd of July from this hotel, this was our second time here and what amazing hotel this is,the staff are so lovely and helpful always going out their way to help you,outstanding service food is so divine and always something different to choose from lots of wonderful selections. The cleanliness of this hotel is outstanding we have already booked for next year can't wait to see you all again sal and soph x x x x ❤️

Location - perfect! Quiet enough to chill but near enough for picturesque walks along the boardwalk into Protaras and the fig tree bay strip. Sandy beach literally feet away from the hotel with a sandy walk into the sea, no need for those water shoes. Hotel - lovely! Staff are amazing, so helpful, Zolt (Hungarian) was awesome, and when some guests didn’t treat him the best, he smiled and cracked on with his job. He is a credit. Tony at the pool bar was great too. Food - Absolutely amazing! Brilliant variety (although salad was pretty much same for lunch and dinner) and fresh fruit was sparse (tinned fruit) the choices for main dishes were exemplary. The chefs were friendly and kind, so accommodating and even before the dishes were empty they would refresh with freshly cooked dishes. Room - this is where we hit our issues. Ground floor rooms are definitely not premium. Suites, yes, but who needs a suite on holiday? Views were awful - service road next to the kitchen and noisy at times with staff pushing Trollies etc. overlooked by residential properties so no real privacy. Air con constantly breaking down and a noisy pump room underneath. If you want a double bed, we didn’t know until the last day that they will provide you with a mattress topper to make 2 singles into a double. The receptionist said we should have asked? I believe, it should have been offered/mentioned as an option. Couldn’t have loved rooms as they were full. Fair enough. We would return, but we would just be more specific with our room request. However, King Jason was calling @ £400 cheaper so we will give that a shot next year. Thank you Sonia and team.

One word excellent. just what we wanted to chill out and relax, a real find for us. Oustanding service and food and we can see why guest keep coming back. Great location, great food, excellent staff, reception, waiting and dining, bar and Chefs, what a great team, all engaing, all friendly, always greeting you and nothing was a porblem. Was a real joy from check In to right through out the holiday, until the sad part where you have to leave. The guests were all friendly happy and to chat, you didnt have to worry about getting a sunbed as there were plenty to go round and nobody was trying to reserve thiers. Lovely garden area with the bar and nice clean pool. Was a wonderful 10 day holiday and we are arleady looking and planning to go back. It is a big thanks to all hotel staff and colleagues, it is a team like this that takes the holiday to the next level.

This was an absolutely amazing hotel all round, we were checked in by Sonia, the hotel manager who was so helpful, friendly and accommodating on arrival. The rooms were spacious, bright and spotlessly clean, super comfy bed and walk in shower. The staff were friendly and accommodating, especially Alessandro who truly looked after us, often sorting things before we even needed them! He was a huge asset to this hotel. The food was amazing, varied, freshly cooked, always hot and the meat was so tender. The pool was lovely, loads of loungers available and the hotel looked out on to a beautiful beach/cove with crystal clear waters. The walks in either direction along the boardwalk, next to the sea were lovely. This was just a perfect holiday, quiet, relaxing and we will definitely be going back, guaranteed!
