We stayed at the hotel with my wife and son last weekend. Great experience! The room was fabulous having a sea and pool view at the same time! Clean room, comfortable and with some great luxury washing products from Greece! (My wife love it) . The stuff was very friendly and professional! The Yialos restaurant had a splendid view at the see and the food was great. Also the fish tavern of the hotel was well decorated and the fish maze excellent! They even had activities for my 11 year old son to do and also to look after him. The pool was clean and warm and everything was great. Highly recommended for a weekend staying or for longer holidays. Summer time there will be a blast. Definitely will visit it again soon!

Had a fantastic time, as usual, at this hotel. The staff are so friendly the place is clean the food excellent and if you are energetic there is a lot to do! The pool, the jacuzzi, the beach are but a few. The bus stop for Ayia Napa, if you are interested is just outside the hotel. We will be there again next year!

The spa was just amazing!!! Anna was wonderful! The treatments she did, were amazing. It was relaxing and full of care! With my whole heart I can recomend her!!! Everyone in the Hotel is very nice and careful! If you have ans issues, they help you immidiatelly. They clean the rooms twice a day. The beach is very nice and lovely! I'll come back again! Thank you all for the lovely experience!

We loved our and 1 week Crystal Springs and hope to visit again. All staff were friendly and professional. George at the pool bar was our favourite and always spent time to talk to us. The food and drinks were of good quality with plenty of choice at the buffet and delicious meals at the pool bar. The hotel was very clean and our superior sea view room was spacious. The small touches such as slippers, dressing gowns, pillow choices, bottle of fizz and fruit platter on arrival were apperciated. The beach beds and umbrella cost 2.50 each and there were plenty of beds on the grounds. We visited in May and suspect that it gets very busy during peak season. The evening entertainment was standard and could have better advertised. We felt that there could have been more activities overall such as a cocktail making class, Cypriot cooking class, a pool table, an additional table tennis table (was always occupied) and bingo. There is a bus stop directly outside the hotel which takes you into Protaras and Ayia Napa. I would only visit all inclusive as you are out in sticks.

We absolutely loved our stay at Crystal Springs Beach Hotel! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm welcome and quick check-in process. The room was spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable—a perfect place to relax. The food was delicious, offering a great variety of options at every meal. We truly appreciated the caring and attentive staff who made us feel well taken care of throughout our stay. A special thank you to the amazing team at the Yalos pool bar. We had our second stay at this hotel last October, we loved it even more than the first time - despite a couple of days of rain! The staff and service to guests are what makes it so good, they remembered us from the previous year. The room was spotlessly clean and had a beautiful sea view. The food is good in the restaurant and pool bar, we love being able to sit outside for every meal. We are hoping that the building of a new hotel next door will not spoil Crystal Springs, but have already decided we will go again anyway.

We just had 10 days in the most wonderful hotel , this hotel does not dissapoint, the food is delicious , the meals prepared at pool bar restaurant are fantastic & the lady that runs it is exceptional Anastasia . All the staff at hotel are extremely polite & helpful, Eric around the pool, George serving drinks , we felt totally spoiled. The rooms were kept immaculate & there was even an evening top up of towels & toiletries, the setting & gardens are so tranquil , beautiful little beach to snorkel in & a nice walk into Protaras . This hotel has it all for us , there’s some light entertainment & pleasant areas to sit with background music , we shall be returning for sure in Sept ,Oct , it speaks for itself that the hotel has so many return guests, amazing!!!
