We stayed at the hotel with my wife and son last weekend. Great experience! The room was fabulous having a sea and pool view at the same time! Clean room, comfortable and with some great luxury washing products from Greece! (My wife love it) . The stuff was very friendly and professional! The Yialos restaurant had a splendid view at the see and the food was great. Also the fish tavern of the hotel was well decorated and the fish maze excellent! They even had activities for my 11 year old son to do and also to look after him. The pool was clean and warm and everything was great. Highly recommended for a weekend staying or for longer holidays. Summer time there will be a blast. Definitely will visit it again soon!

Stayed here for 11 nights at the beginning of August. The staff here make the hotel what it is, they are fantastic! Everyone from senior management through to the cleaners were always engaging. We loved the Yailos pool bar atmosphere along with the evening entertainment. Jack bosses the bar, along with George, Liliana & Pawan to name a few. The food here is excellent, with a different theme every day. The food at the pool bar is restaurant quality. We were all inclusive plus and was great to have premium branded drinks. Quite a few cocktails on the menu, but the staff would make up anything for you if you want it. We asked the hotel what was included on the all inclusive plus prior to travelling and they sent us the Yailos pool bar menu with prices on, which was a little confusing, but everything is included for free if all inclusive. Was refreshing to find we could get a lounger around the pool most days, the hotel issues cards which you can swap for towels from 8am, which stops people reserving and not using them. The hotel is in a quiet area north or Protaras, but we liked this. You can walk along the coast for miles. There is a bus stop right outside which you can catch the bus to Protara, Nissi Beach, Larnaca shopping mall etc. 2 euros each way. My daughter (who is usually not bothered where she goes) enjoyed it so much she has persuded her friends to change their booking and is now coming again in May. We will definitely return here next year.

Love this hotel. The staff are amazing, so helpful and friendly. The food is great with lots of choice and different themed evenings. The pool bar has plenty of choice if you don't want to eat in the restaurant every night. Hotel rooms are clean, tidy and very comfortable. We even had a pillow menu so could change our pillows to suit us. Nothing was a problem for any of the staff. If you are looking for a good quality hotel that isn't in the middle of Protarus I recommend this wholeheartedly. We have already booked to go back next year!

The hotel is very clean. It is the first hotel where we have encountered room cleaning service twice in the same day. Very attentive and respectful staff. Very diverse and tasty food. In addition, the possibility of choosing to have dinner in another restaurant in the resort location.. in a private/familiar environment.. With a great culinary variety.

A wonderdul place full of joy and very frendly, with all the employees very implicated in their jobs. We had many funny moments at the pool, at the bar and also at the breakfast and dinner time. The client treatment is excellent. I personally enjoyed also the hall library :) We as family spent wonderful and cheerful moments during the water polo in the pool :))) The beach is so calm and the water clear without waves, so you can see amazing fauna making snorkeling. The food is delicious and we liked the diversity every evening, each day has a different kind of food. So, we want to come back there!

From behind the scenes staff to front of house everyone gives 100% to ensure every holidaymaker has a holiday to remember for all the right reasons. I cannot fault this hotel in any way. This is our third consecutive visit and it will not be our last. It would be difficult to choose anywhere else to go . Thank you to everyone but especially Emily, Maria and Kristina in the restaurant. Anastasia as always in the pool bar. Eric and Andrej by the pool ,Utsav, Manish and Limbu behind the bar , Oleysa customer relations and of course George behind reception overnight. These are but a few of the many wonderful people who work at this hotel .Management are also to be congratulated as without their guidance and dedication leading non of this could happen. See you all again I hope in the near future. Again heartfelt thanks to you all.

Travelled as a family of 4 adults and 2 children. It was our first time at Crystal Springs and will definately return. We had an amazing holiday at this hotel. Staff work hard to keep hotel and grounds spotless. Staff are very attentive and nothing is too much trouble. Extra touch of bringing drinks to you throughout the day around the pool and frozen flannels in the afternoon to cool you down was fantastic. Food was varied and lovely in both restuarant and beach bar. Jack at the beach bar was great and made sure we had anything we wanted. The staff make this hotel a fantastic place to stay. Would recommend this hotel for a great holiday.

We had a lovely family holiday at Crystal Springs. The staff really make this place what it is. Building work can definitely be heard in the mornings when it's quiet around but having said that does not at all ruin your holiday and throughout the day just becomes background noise, do not let the building work put you off.
