The home has 2 large master suites and a mini master, all with en suite bathrooms. Two baths have outdoor air bubble bathtubs and gorgeous all glass showers. There is an extra smaller room with a 1/2 bath that could be for a nanny or maid. Although located in a temperate elevation, all rooms have air conditioning. All bedding is organic, no pesticides have been used on the property, there is structured water and all cleaning supplies are carefully chosen to be non toxic. All bathrooms have organic shampoos and body washes and other amenities from a local company specializing in nature aligned potions The heated salt swimming pool takes the slight chill off in the evenings and an outdoor kitchen is perfect for a poolside evening BBQ. If you are coming to work, everything is ready with a computer monitor, fiber optic high speed internet, solar energy to guarantee a back up in the case of energy outages and abundant wifi throughout the property. Organic fruits and vegetables when available from our permaculture garden are often left at your front door and you are always invited to visit the newly completed black bamboo greenhouse that is always bustling with seedlings. Maybe the stingless bee hives on the property will have honey ready for your breakfast or for sweetening your tropical smoothie. Just when you think you have had the perfect day, evening comes and the show begins. Probably the most spectacular sunsets you have ever experienced are here, each one unique and breathtaking. The rental price includes maid service once a week and your wish is our command for any local support that you may need during your visit. We also have a Jeep Grand Cherokee available to rent and with proper notice and we can have you picked up from the Quepos airport and brought to the property to begin your vacation trouble free. Casa Citrina is located in the Costa Verde Estates neighborhood, the most prestigious address in the area. Tennis courts can be arranged and there is a helicopter pad for ease of arrival as well. This is the perfect launching pad for visiting the beaches. It is a 20 minute drive from the coastal highway to the property. All guests are required to have a 4x4 vehicle. From the house you can see the gushing Diamante waterfall, Costa Rica's largest. A ride through the back roads will take you to the famous Nauyaca falls. You are also next door to an abundance of organic farms and permaculture. Farmers markets offer a healthy experience and lots of fun while seeking out exotic fruits and vegetables. Nearby gastronomy abounds and one of the most favorite local hang outs is only a ten minute drive with a great chef and one of the best bartenders around. This newly remodeled home is built in an open-home concept with tons of windows, making the home bright and clean. It includes a quaint 3 bedroom, 2 bath main home and a separate 1 bed/1bath cabana. The main house features an outdoor living room, large kitchen, comfortable sitting areas (inside and out) and an open loft-style bedroom. The property offers a relaxing atmosphere, mountain views, and sits 20 minutes from the beaches of Dominical and 20 minutes from San Isidro.This house is located in the quiet mountain town of Tinamaste, where you may see frogs, geckos, and other wild animals. Tinamaste has a small grocery store, soccer field, and few of our favorite sodas (restaurants). There are occasional and random power outages in this area, however, it is all part of the charm. Some tourist sites near the house include Nauyaca Waterfalls (5-minute drive to the visitor's center), Playa Dominical (20 minutes), Parque Nacional Marino Ballena (Whale's Tail), and Manuel Antonio National Park (the latter two of which are within 1-hour from the house).
