Aqua Oliva Resort Syvota

This is a hotel which management have abandoned their duties. There are many signs of poor to zero maintenance. The AC filter in our room had not been cleaned and the room therefore stunk of old cigarette smoke. The grassed areas surrounding the walkways were long and unkept, the pools, notwithstanding numerous complaints on this platform, although sparkling clear the walls and side tiles where covered in green algae and slimy to the touch even the safety foot pads on the steps were missing. The hotel is very obviously short staffed so although the staff are pleasant and extremely helpful there are just not enough personnel to even begin to supply the service expected in a 4 star establishment. The breakfast was not great and again did not represent a 4 star establishment. All in all the hotel is in a great position and has the potential to be a good family hotel but there is a lot of work and commitment required by management before it will be rated a descent resort hotel.

Need to Hire more people to improve services and hygienic rules. Kind and helpful personnel, constantly running after customers to fulfill their needs. Poor management, looks like they don't care too much for their investment. Stunning and quiet landscape ideal for calm and easy vacations

They are some thieves! I lived the most terrible experience. The hotel has nothing to do with the 4 stars. The recepetion is the only space renovated just to “steal” your eyes..The room had old furniture and was very dirty, including the smell of mold. No cleaning was done and towels were only changed on request, if they had them. One evening they calmly told us that they had no more towels for the shower. The glass in the bathtub in the bathroom was just for shape, the moment you took a shower, the whole bathroom flooded. I couldn't use the air conditioning because it gave off a terrible smell of mold combined with fuel. The "manager" repeats that she has the cleaning certificate, only lies, maybe they have done it only in papers. They have drainage problems in all the hotels. The water in the pool was dirty. It does not offer sunbeds on the beach, everything is for a fee. Terrible breakfast, it was 50% bakery, very little fruit. The staff is few and very unprepared, starting with the so-called "manager" who is just a liar. Overall, the hotel has a very negative energy. If you don't want to lose your money, don't stay at this "resort".

Prenotazione last minute di una sola notte prima del giorno di imbarco da Igoumenitsa. Al momento della prenotazione abbiamo scelto la formula mezza pensione visto che arrivavamo di pomeriggio e ripartivamo la mattina successiva. Cena disgustosa, la peggiore mai avuta nella mia vita. Piscine carine ma un po' trascurate con piscina per bambini di bassa altezza e piscina per adulti vietata ai bambini. Abbiamo preso un cocktail al bar della piscina, era imbevibile ma lo abbiamo dovuto pagare lo stesso. Colazione meglio della cena ma di qualità bassa. Camere moderne, funzionali e pulite.

Ότι ΧΕΙΡΟΤΕΡΟ!!!!Βλεπω 4* και γελάω...πληρώσαμε 2 βράδυα να ξεκουραστούμε και το μόνο που κάναμε ήταν να σκοτώνουμε άπειρα είδη ζώον που υπήρχαν μέσα στο δωμάτιο! Το προσωπικό πάρα πολύ καλό και ευγενικό και το πρωινό πολύ καλό!Το ξενοδοχείο φαίνεται καλό όμως είναι πρόχειρο φτιαγμένο κ κακή κατασκευή. Αν ήξερα ότι θα πλήρωνα για σκοτώνω τόσα ζώα μέσα από το δωμάτιο καλύτερα να πήγαινα κάμπινγκ που θα ήταν και τζάμπα! Εύχομαι η να πάει το υγειονομικό η του χρόνου να το κάνουν ζωολογικό κήπο! Μέσα στο δωμάτιο είχε 3 σαύρες, τεράστιες αράχνες,άπειρα μυρμήγκια,κατσαρίδες κ δεν άνοιξα τα ντουλάπια γιατί δεν ήξερα τι άλλο μπορεί να κρύβεται μέσα!

Μείναμε στο κατάλυμα μήνα Ιούνιο και η χρέωση για διαθέσιμη junior σουίτα με θέα θάλασσα και πρωινό ήταν 170 ευρώ (Μείναμε στο κατάλυμα μέσω του προγράμματος τουρισμός για ολους ,και για διευκόλυνση όλων μας άφησαν την τιμή στα 150. Δεν υπάρχει τίποτα που να δικαιολογεί την εξωφρενική τιμή των 170 ευρώ. Η θέα στην θάλασσα ήταν σχεδόν ανύπαρκτη, η υποτιθέμενη σουίτα είχε έπιπλα με φθορές και ένα ψυγείο μάλλον παλιό που όλο το βράδυ έκανε θόρυβο και μας ξυπνούσε, μόνο 1 μπουκάλι νερό διαθέσιμο για 2 άτομα (αν πλήρωνα 170 ευρώ θα περίμενα έστω να υπάρχει νερό για κάθε άτομο ), υπηρχε εσπρεσιερα αλλά πουθενά κάψουλες , υπηρχε νιπτήρας αλλά πουθενά πιάτα και έστω ένα πιρούνι, γαλατακια για τον καφέ που την επόμενη ημέρα έληγαν, γενικά το μόνο θετικό ήταν το μέγεθος του δωματίου ,που όταν λείπουν άλλες βασικές παροχές δεν λέει και πολλά από μόνο του . Ένα από τα θετικά είναι η απόλυτη ησυχία που έχει, που γρήγορα γίνεται αρνητικό όταν έχεις γείτονες που κάνουν έστω και λίγη φασαρία . Το πρωινό ικανοποιητικό αλλα σε καμία περίπτωση δεν δικαιολογεί την εξωφρενική χρέωση του δωματίου . στην παραλία του ξενοδοχείου οι ξαπλώστρες ήταν αρχαίες και χρεώνονται το σετ 8 €!!!!!! Δηλαδή πληρώνουν οι πελάτες 170 ευρώ και δεν έχουν καν δωρεάν ξαπλώστρα ;; ΑΠΑΡΑΔΕΚΤΟ. Η πρόσβαση είναι επικίνδυνη από όλες τις απόψεις , ο δρόμος του ξενοδοχείου παρά πολύ στενός ενώ αν θες να βγεις μια βόλτα με τα πόδια δεν υπάρχει πουθενά φωτισμός . Το μόνο θετικό είναι το ευγενικό προσωπικό . Μόλις μια εβδομάδα νωρίτερα είχαμε μείνει σε άλλο κατάλυμα της περιοχής , του οποίου η χρέωση ηταν τα μισά λεφτά και ηταν μακράν καλύτερο από ολες τις απόψεις . Απαράδεκτο να χρεώνονται τέτοια ποσά για τέτοια δωμάτια και παροχες. Κατηγορηματικά δεν θα ξανά πλησιάσουμε ούτε καν στην περιοχή.
