Ray Hotel Corfu

Excellent location. A great adjacent beach and a nice pool.The breakfast is excellent. We paid extra for dinner and felt we got full value.The staff is great. At the reception we were treated by the amazing reception manager, Yuli, and by the sweet Aliki. Yuli helped us a lot with everything we needed with patience and pleasantness. This is the second time we have stayed at the hotel and there is no doubt that we will return for the third time as well. Thank you for an amazing vacation

I liked the hotel in general. It is a 4* + I would say. The hotel is very well located near Corfu town and the airport. Is is beach front with access to the beach and amazing views. It has good food at dinner and breakfast. The staff is very helpful . I stayed only 1 night, and chose a type of room that was really really small. Don’t recommend selecting this type of room, but better a junior suite. Also the airport being really near, you have noise of the airplanes all the time. If that is something that bothers you, I don’t recommend the hotel. On the other side you have unique view of the planes landing in Corfu

Great location, excellent food, friendly staff. All what we needed was available. Close to city that can be reached by public transport right from hotel entrance. Room clean, AC, comfortable. Great holiday experience

Really lovely hotel with amazing staff, had a fabulous holiday! The pool and the sea decking were great. For choice of restaurants you just need to hop on the bus! Rooms were clean and the sea view was the best!

The staff were really kind and accommodating, especially when we arrived early. They let us come down for breakfast and check in earlier. Hotel was really clean and smart. Room was on the small side, there was loud intrusive music by the pool and the “beach” wasn’t very pleasant (a concrete slab with some rusty bits of metal knocking around).

Excellent hotel. Great experience. Great staff, view, beach - absalutely everything. Would love to come there back again in the future. we stayed there for only two nights but I wish we would havee stayed more.

First impression was wow, the view from the balcony was outstanding! Nice size room, modern with a big comfy bed, plenty storage, small bathroom with a big shower, complementary toiletries smelled amazing. Room was spotless and the cheery cleaner left fresh towels each day, pool towels are also supplied and can be changed whenever you want. Pool area was very chic with plenty loungers and a decent bar with a good menu. Breakfast was served buffet style in the restaurant, nice and cool in there, plenty food to choose from and all fresh, staff were lovely. The beach was our favourite place to chill on the comfy loungers. Steep stairs down so won’t suit everyone. More of a decking but there is a small bit of beach. Seabed is rocky so so might want to wear beach shoes but can access the water from steps if you prefer. The sea was warm and fairly calm, ideal for snorkelling and the hotel paddleboards are free to use. Plane spotting becomes a hobbie as it’s on the flight path, but you quickly get used to it. Just outside the hotel there are 2 tavernas, a supermarket and car hire place. Worth hiring a car for even a day. Bus service every 30 mins to Corfu town and to Benitses, 2.50€, buses were busy but always got on. We also walked to the monastery and got the boat to Mouse island, this was a really nice way to pass few hours. The Ray has an overall relaxed vibe with nothing too much trouble for the friendly staff, special thanks to the reception staff, especially Yulia who was particularly helpful. Definitely a great choice of hotel.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Ray Hotel. Rooms were lovely with very comfortable kingsize beds, Nespresso coffee machine and super clean. The staff are so friendly and can't do enough for you. My husband wanted a kettle as he likes tea first thing and there was one in our room by the time we returned to it. Pool area is great to sit around enjoying the sunshine and there's also a small infinity pool. It wasn't crowded anywhere and we could always get a sun bed. Spent many happy hours enjoying drinks at the bar and the bar staff are all really friendly. Perama is very small and only has a couple of taverna's very close to the hotel but the food was excellent. A little walk down the road we discovered another taverna which was also excellent quality and value. It's very close to the airport so we knew there would be noise from aircraft but it didn't bother us at all and we quite liked watching the planes coming by close as they landed or took off. Highly recommend this hotel.
