Oasis Hotel

20 mins by car from old Corfu town. 15 mins walks from the Plane spotting bridge. Typical somehow outdated hotel from Corfu. But in quite good conditions. Highlight is the access to the sea that is incredible and it’s worth the stay at this hotel. Friendly staff

I only spent one night here but wish I stayed longer! I never pay extra for a room with a sea view but trust me, it’s worth the (very little) extra. Beautiful clean rooms, comfortable bed and pillows, great shower with good pressure and temperature, nice food (as a vegan I’ll always have fewer options but most people aren’t and I’m sure you’ll love the food). The pool seems lovely but I haven’t dipped in it as I opted for the sea - what a lovely spot! And high above all - the wonderful staff members, especially beautiful Vasso - thank you for making my stay so memorable for all the right reasons. I’m sure I’ll be back, maybe even next year! The only small ‘down’ thing is that the airport isn’t far, meaning you’ll hear planes landing and departing - but this doesn’t last long and is quite impressive to see :)

Overall an incredible experience. Staff were so friendly and helpful, someone is at reception 24/7 so perfect if any questions are needed. All of the restaurant staff were friendly and there to help if you had any questions. We were bed and breakfast. Breakfast food was varied but always delicious with many options to choose from. We were able to join dinner on certain evenings that we decided we didn’t want to leave the hotel and once again the food was lovely. The view from our room was the most stunning thing I have ever seen. The beach was well kept and whilst we didn’t sit by the pool it was also very well kept and nice. There are 7 cats on the property (that we saw!) and all are loving and playful, we absolutely fell in love with them and would’ve taken them home if we could. We were able to rent pool/beach towels with a €5 deposit per room and an added €2 per towel to cover the cost of laundry. You can change your towels as much as you want but you will have to pay the laundry fee. Our bathroom towels were changed daily along with our bed sheets. We were also able to obtain a safety deposit box down by reception for a deposit of €2 as there is no safe in the room (the only downside to this place we found!) We used a lot of ubers as we had a lot of trouble with the buses as they mostly do not turn up at the specified time. We did see the buses go past a lot but we were never able to get one as they were never there when we needed it. An uber from or to the airport was $60 when we used it but they can be down to as little as $30. Buses are cheap and definitely a good way to do things but we just didn’t. There is a supermarket next door to the hotel which sells a lot of the things that we needed, it is on the expensive side but is understandable being between two hotels. If you don’t want to eat in the hotel restaurant, we highly recommend Tylixto Grill House which is situated across the road from the hotel and supermarket. Really cheap food that was also absolutely fantastic and the staff there are incredible. We went to aqualand waterpark which was very enjoyable and worth the money. We also booked a boat trip to Paxos, Antipaxos and the Blue Caves which was the best thing we ever did it’s something you need to see in your lifetime. Overall, perfect place, we loved our time there and would definitely return and reccomend to everyone. Perfect for families, couples or friends. Personally I am a lover of planes so loved the fact I could watch them come in to land every day. This definitely could be an issue if you don’t like planes as it is quite loud and frequent. LOVE LOVE LOVE OASIS HOTEL.

Decided to take a very late holiday, it was needed. Found this deal with Easyjet. Corfu sounded ideal for a quick week. Oasis was hb and in a quiet spot handy for Benitses and Corfu town. The good points, nice location, small private beach area, clean, staff friendly always smiling and saying good morning, Olympia looked after the pool bar and was very attentive. Buses handy in to Benitses 2e, Corfu town 2.5e. Weather was really good, except for a thunderstorm in the middle of the holiday. It didn't spoil anything just had a little less sunshine, You take it as it comes at this time of year. Bad points, food, plenty of choices, but quality was poor, we ate out on the last two nights. As we were a late booker, we got the 'last room'. They called it a Bungalow. These were on the side of the actual hotel, ours was 412. Down endless flights of steep stairs at the very backend of the hotel. Terrible for anyone who can't carry 23kilos of baggage or has poor legs. We managed ok thankfully, but it took the edge of the holiday. Finally planes, the airport flightpath directly infrant of the hotel. So for us lesson learned do your research on last minute bookings.. Although a nice location, nothing immediately outside the hotel to entertain you, 1 restaurant, 1 supermarket. Surrounding area had beautiful views, with more eateries along the road down to Mouse Island. Overall restful and pleasant.

My boyfriend and I spent the last week of august in this beautiful hotel. The staff was very kind, ready to help us and give us any kind of advice whenever we needed. The rooms were nice, but the most beautiful part of it was the private balcony with the sea view that most of the rooms had. We stayed there with the half board and we can say that even the food was good and there’s great choice of dishes, too. This hotel also has a pool and a private beach with sunbeds included, so you can also relax and have a swim without leaving the hotel. The position is also good, because it’s basically in the middle of the island and also near Corfu Town and the airport. So if you want to spend a good holiday in Corfu, we truly recommend you to spend it in this hotel.

Stayed here last night for a quick stop over before travelling again, rooms where clean and tidy sea view rooms are beautiful rooms clean and staff super friendly, offered a glass of complimentary champagne on arrival, would of stayed for longer, all round great hotel
