Comfortable and reasonably priced hotel right next to the train station. Rooms are well equipped and good wifi and shower. Staff are friendly. Quite noisy at times on the ground floor. Only sound proofing could help there I guess. Didnt eat at the hotel as quite expensive considering Wetherspoons is nearby and their breakfasts start at £2.75..

We spent three nights at the Premier Inn. We wanted a clean, nice-sized room and that's what we got. It is not high on charm, but it had the modern conveniences that we appreciate. There were plenty of usb ports and electrical outlets so we had no problem charging our phones and iPads. The bathroom shower had great water pressure and I really appreciated the hot water after a day visiting the sights of Wester Cornwall. It is located right next door to the train station so no need for a cab, just walk across the street and you're there.

Great place to go and get a decent family breakfast. Good Food, Goid choice of continental and hot food. Awesome, friendly staff, really nice eating area, which was clean, warm and welcoming. Thank you Premier Inn for delivering what I expect from your brand. Will be back for more :-)

We have stayed at the premier inn, penzance a couple of times now and always find the hotel and room spotlessly clean. We find all the staff very welcoming and friendly, one of the best premier inn’s we have stayed in. The breakfast is also delicious 😋 would highly recommend

The room was quiet. We had a good night's sleep. The shower was good and breakfast was great. Friendly and helpful staff. The location was excellent for us as we travelled by train and only a short walk to the town centre. All good. Everything we have come to expect from Premier Inn.

Everything was good nice rm but not really cleaned properly but only miner things. Bar and restaurant exerlant and not badly priced. Had parking. Only mager down side was rude reception staff that didn't tell u much at all. Had to go back down to reception to ask how lights worked not helpful

Have stayed in many Premier Inn locations. The usual comfortable room and bed. No glasses for toothbrush in the bathroom. A nice shower on a flex but no bath and no large towel rack as in some other places, little space to hang towels. No extractor fan in the bathroom or it wasn’t working. We were staying for three days and there are no side tables with drawers to store clothing in. Restaurant easy accessible, food ok, breakfast the usual fare. Staff friendly and helpful. Parking across the road which you have to pay for but at least it’s close and reasonably priced

Friendly reception staff. Clean room, comfy bed and very quiet given the town centre location. Very convenient location- across the road from the railway station, bus station , High Street and harbour. Couldn’t fault -would definitely return.
