The monumental price of this property was its main undoing. The rooms lacked character and warmth had awful pictures on the walls (which were for sale - it's a shame that they weren't actually nice pictures.). The continental breakfast was of the lowest quality and really showed how little the owner thinks of the guests. For the price of the rooms, it's a bit of a cheek to have such poor quality items (the jam wasn't even proper jam just that cheap nasty stuff which is full of sugar and little to no actual fruit). Thankfully the rooms were clean and quiet and the manager was friendly and helpful. It's just a shame their penny pinching left such a bitter impression.

Lovely traditional seaside B&B. Host very welcoming, spotlessly clean rooms, comfortable, continental breakfast. 5 minute walk from seafront and 10 mins to town centre. Good value and will definitely be returning

I had a lovely overnight stay. The room was perfect and the welcome outstanding. Excellent service. The manager was so helpful and took pride in the service he provided. I needed an early start on the day of departure and this was catered for.

Booked to stay a night and I wasn't disappointed. Excellent service from Mike the owner with good location and found a parking space outside property, not sure what it is like during holiday season. Promenade and sea is within walking distance, lots of places for food and drinks or you can walk into the town centre. Definitely would stay again as I had the big room at the front. If you are looking to visit Cornwall, check.this property out.

Mike greeted us with a smile and we felt very welcome on entering the house. The double room was bright and clean with tea/coffee making facilities. En-suite shower was good with towels etc provided. Not every guest house offers one night stays, but Westbourne guest house was happy to have us. I can thoroughly recommend a stay here whether for one night or several. If anyone asks me where to stay in Penzance, I will be pointing them in Mike's direction.

Luogo splendido, stanze accoglienti e pulite, colazione abbondante, posizione strategica vicino al lungomare. Josh è stato gentilissimo, ci ha dato suggerimenti preziosi e ci ha aiutato a organizzare le nostre giornate. Ho un ricordo incredibile di Penzance anche grazie a questa sistemazione. Consiglio vivamente la Wesbourne Guest House e ci tornerò senza ombra di dubbio!
