This is NOT A WYNDHAM PROPERTY!!! This place is Regency. If you book this place under the Wyndham name you will not have a reservation. Took 2 hours to check in got a great room. Left for dinner when we came back to our room someone else was in there. They found us another room but it wasn't as good as the first one. Smelled bad,and wasn't clean. We'd had already paid, luckily we hadn't left any of stuff in there. The owner is great but the help is horrible.

I made reservations at Baymont by Wyndham Pensacola based on the amenities listed on the current web page. Baymont should be ashamed to host a website that advertises amenities that do not exist. The pool is out of order and was posted. But, there is no breakfast, The ice machine is out of order. Only one plastic cup in the room. The shower head in 117 does not work. The bathtub drain is filthy, there is no plug and it doesn't drain properly. There was no hair dryer in the room. The bathroom door would not close and the knob was broken. Black streaks on the bathroom ceiling. There was no coffee maker in the room and the next morning the night attendant was asleep on the office couch, the office was locked, and there was no coffee in the office. This place is horrible, smells like mold, and I will never return and never reserve Baymont again.

My wife and I made a last minute reservation at this hotel. We thought this would be a decent hotel. When we checked in we found clothes in the bottom of the closet and roaches everywhere. The people at the front desk had an attitude. They acted like it was problem to give me the manager’s name. Very nasty hotel and unprofessional staff!

The room itself was mostly alright. Looked like it had been painted recently. No cups or coffee maker in the room. The door had the hinges replaced with gate hinges and painted over. The hallway smelled like **** and musty carpet. On the first floor the outside lights were so bright that even with the curtains drawn it was so bright in the room I had a hard time sleeping. It was difficult to find as they had put a new sign up saying Regency, not Baymont. I passed it looking for a Baymont sign. The whole place had a feeling like the owners were trying to make it better, but not necessarily being successful at it. I wasn't expecting the Ritz-Carlton, but the smell in the hallway make the entire experience less than enjoyavle.

Disappointed with this Baymont
We stopped there late and were rudely told there were no rooms available, however out in the car we were able to easily reserve one online. There was only 1 pillow for a king bed and the room was extremely sparse. There were no washcloths and no towels, just a couple of handtowels. We spent the night without complaining but got out early the next morning and will never go back!

Nice rooms. Friendly staff. Room are large and well located. Took a trip to the beach and got there in No time. The rooms were clean and overall it was a great experience. I felt like there was a lot of value for the money that I paid. I strongly recommend the hotel
